שירות ויחס מס אחד בישראל

היחס המדהים. נימוס הצוות אם זה בקבלה שרין, דניאלה, כרם, סאמר, אחמד פשוט לא זוכרת כל השמות. צוות החדר אוכל חאלד, עלי לנה המתוקה, סמד, ושאר העובדים, מנהל המשק מורסי והצוות שלו מדהמים. הבטחון אין מס 1 בשרות

חוזרת על זה הרעש בן החדרים בגלל קירות הגבס, והלוואי שהיה חידוד לאורחים שחוזרים בשעות מאוחרות בלילה לא לעשות רעש בקומה.

קירות הגבס בין החדרים כך שנשמע כל רעש מהחדר השני. החלונות לא אטומים כל הרעשים בחוץ מפריעים.

Just what I needed after a long flight
Pros:

Location was excellent — one stop on the light rail from the train station.
Staff were available & helpful.
Spacious room, super comfy bed, nespresso machine in the room for coffee lovers, bottled water, clean space.
Breakfast buffet covered a large selection of fresh and cooked options.

נהנתי מאוד והיה שווה את המחיר

הארוחת בוקר הייתה מעולה. בשפע וטעים ממש. מגוון רחב של אופציות. בהחלט אשוב להתארח
המיקום מעולה קרוב לרכבת הקלה ומשם יצאנו לטייל לכותל לממילא ולרחבי העיר ללא צורך להוציא את הרכב.

הכול היה מעולה . רק פעם הבאה ארצה חדר ללא אמבטיה רק מקלחוח

It’s ok, not marvellous.
Pros:

Good breakfast.

Cons:

Bar no atmosphere or draft beer. Bit shoddy in places. Food left on floor for couple days in buffet area. No swimming pool at hotel and no longer access to one elsewhere.

נשארתי במלון וביום הצ׳ק אאוט התבקשתי למלא דף נייר עם דעתי על המלון, לא הייתי מרוצה בלשון המעטה.
מיד לאחר מכן ממש כמה שעות אני מקבל טלפון מהמלון שהם מתנצלים, ובשהייה הבאה שלי אקבל חמישים אחוז הנחה ללילה, ובכן החלטתי לנצל זאת, ובהגיעי למלון לא ראו שום דבר שמזכיר את ההנחה שהובטחה לי ונאלצתי לשלם מחיר מלא.

קרוב לבנייני האומה, ולרכבת הקלה.
