Cons:

I have rented 2 apartments. In one of the apartments the was on extremely narrow double bed around 140 cm and sofa. Thnx god our 3 kids stayed there. Adults won’t fit there.

Location was amazing, in the centre of Madrid, so almost all of the attraction that we wanted to see were within a walkable distance. The apartment was spacious, and had everything we needed.

The beds could have been a little more comfortable, but it was ok.

Pros:

Lo mejor es la ubicación y poder hacer el check in de manera online con código para no perder tiempo ni tener que esperar a nadie.

Cons:

Ya que se trata de apartamentos, debería haber escoba, recogedor y fregona para poder limpiar cualquier cosa, y no depender de contratar la limpieza para cualquier tontería.

Tienen una cafetera Nespresso en la habitación, pero no dejan ni una sola cápsula de café para usarla.(o que diga claramente donde comprar)
​Falta de información en el aseo: Nunca informan con claridad que no hacen el aseo ni la cama durante toda la estadía. Deberían avisarlo abiertamente antes de reservar.
