Very satisfactory experience
Pros:

The location was excellent, the apartment was very clean. The toilet was with hot water all day long. The lockers for our luggage was big advantage because our flight was at night.

Cons:

The noise from outside and inside the other apartments. There was a party in other apartment until 4 a.m and we could not sleep. There should be written policy for all guest that should be written and respected.

Pros:

El desayuno es un 10, muy buena atención de quien está a cargo de ese sector. Muy buena ubicación.
Dejan unas cajitas de bienvenida, con agua, snacks y productos de limpieza para la cocina, que está bien equipada.

Cons:

La escalera que va a la habitación es complicada, mi marido resbalo 4 escalones, mi hija y yo casi nos caemos tambien. Falta un poco de limpieza, dejan tapones para los oídos porque a veces, se escucha ruidos de otras personas alojadas en el mismo complejo . La cama del sofá no es muy cómoda.

La limpieza - ubicación - facilidad de acceso-

Cons:

La cama (sillón cama de la sala) no es tan cómoda . El ruido de la zona, por la noche es bastante ruidoso pero con los tapones para los oídos lo pudimos tolerar bastante bien al dormir

Falta de limpeza no banheiro.
Falta de tomadas na cozinha.
Falta de contato com pessoas, sou das antigas, prefiro uma recepção com pessoas e não com máquinas
Muito barulho à noite. Tem um bar no térreo. Tanto que eles já oferecem tampão de ouvidos
