Buena ubicacion para estar cerca del centro de Madrid
Pros:

La ubicacion es excelente, muy cerca de Puerta del Sol, el personal contesta por whatsapp apenas les escribes, el desayuno se sirve en el subsuelo, esta bastante bien, como sugerencia agregaria huevos (revueltos o hervidos) hoy todo el mundo consume huevos... el Check-inn se realiza por una App con clave, es muy facil. Tambien tiene Locker para maletas

Cons:

Un poco dificil el acceso para subir al entre piso donde esta la otra cama (escalera muy empinada) y cuando llueve fuerte entra agua por las ventanas, tuvimos que poner varias toallas. El resto todo muy bien

Gute Lage, sonst aber enttäuschendes Erlebnis.

Cons:

Abfallcontainer vor dem Fenster, Leerung in der Nacht. Keine Reception, extrem anonym. Keine angenehmen Räume, es fühlt sich an wie in einem Wohnwagen.

Logement propre et bien situé malgré des nuits non reposantes

Chambre propre et spacieuse, bel emplacement au centre de Madrid

Cons:

Canapé lit très inconfortable
Nuit catastrophique avec fenêtre sans double vitrage donnant sur un bar et une discothèque : cris et hurlement toute la nuit sous les fenêtres.

לא היה נקיון בחדר , לא הוחלפו מגבות כל יום , ארוחת בוקר ממש בסיסית שלא מרעננת עם המגבן שבוע שלם לאכול אותה גבינה אותה חביתה ... עדיף לאכול בחוץ
החדר היה גדול אבל ולא דאגו ל3 מיטות בחדר ספא נפתחת למיטה 1

Fantástica hubicacion poco servicio

Muy buena la hubicacion

Cons:

No hay ninguna conexión humana.
Todo es vía internet y se siente muy frío!
Estuvimos 6 días y nadie nos ofreció limpieza ni cambio de toallas!
Para conseguirlo habría que haber llamado y solicitarlo en vez de que se ofreciera desde el hotel!
