Fijn hotel op een top locatie.
Pros:

De locatie is echt top.
De medewerker van de balie bij het inchecken was erg aardig en sprak zeer goed Engels.
Ontbijt was erg uitgebreid. Voor ieder wat wils.
Wij hadden, na wat reviews gelezen te hebben, de auto geparkeerd bij het winkelcentrum, parkeergarage Q6/Q7. Die parkeergarage ligt op een paar minuten afstand van het hotel.

Cons:

We hebben helaas niet zo goed geslapen. De kussens waren slap en klein. De bedden waren hard. Ik dacht dat we 1 groot tweepersoonsbed kregen, maar het waren 2 losse éénpersoonsbedden.

breakfast was fairly good but does not worth it, the tables smelled as raw Egg, really disgusting.

Cons:

Although the breakfast was listed as €24, I was charged €40 on the bill. Also, the parking fee was supposed to be €20 per day, but even though we left the hotel before a full day had passed, more than €24 was charged.
I was disappointed by the staff's behavior, which I found to be unprofessional and overly focused on making additional charges rather than providing good customer service.

Erwartungen insgesamt deutlich übertroffen.
Pros:

Frühstück war außergewöhnlich gut. Kein Standard wie so oft bei Hotels in dieser Größe üblich. Viele individuelle Produkte. Sehr guter Kaffe. Toller Service.

Cons:

Übergang vom Congress Center Rosengarten war nach dem Konzert nicht beleuchtet, was die Orientierung etwas erschwert hatte.
