The heating was on full blast all the time. Even the children was asking to sit out in the hallway to try and cool.off ..we used the fan provided but it 3 help but . Just passing the very hot heat around the room . I also did have my window open. The tiles in the swimming pool room was uneven so the kids keep banging there feet . Restaurant and staff
Location in the centre of city.
Room was on 3rd floor and was booked for elderly parents who struggled with the unmarked and uneven corridor flooring.
Location in the centre of the city.
Breakfast room was cold. Room could
Have been cleaner.
Bed was smaller than expected.
The location
The bedrooms were a little tired and old-fashioned looking
Location was perfect for Plymouth pavilions
Small bar / not open
Staff where lovely food was amazing and was a big room
Shower wasn’t working properly was told someone would come look at it and never did but I did pop out so they might have tried to come when we where out toilet seat was loose stains on bed and hairs in the bed
Stayed one night with daughter in next room , to see a show at the pavillions. The rooms were super clean and had everything we needed. My room was a bit warm (room 401) as radiator was so hot you could fry an egg, I did ask reception if it could be turned down as I'd tried to but was unable, unfortunately that didn't happen so slept with windows open and a fan on full all night, I still slept well though. We were so happy that arriving very early we were still able to use car park, and the sauna and swim were free to use as we were guests. Breakfast was lovely lots of choices and fresh. All the staff we came into contact with were so kind and helpful.
We will definitely stay again next time we are up there. Only thing I'd 'tweak' is to be able to get a sandwich after 9.30pm, as we came back after the show at 10.30 and had to order a takeaway when just a snack would of done. Great value for money. Location could not be better.
Good location for overnight stay in Plymouth. Great communication in advance. Good breakfast with well presented hot food and some self-service buffet stuff too. All the staff were incredibly friendly, warm and welcoming.
Very simple and dated rooms on Level 3 in the eaves ... Probably because I booked some singles. Beds were lumpy - new mattresses are hopefully on your list for 2026.
