The location
The room was not cleaned properly and the breakfast was so greasy we could not eat it.
Fairly priced and a good location

The staff especially Harriet ( thank you ) and Tom . Also the manager in Steve’s brassiere giving us a table Wednesday night .
Very tired , needs a complete upgrade . Wallpaper coming off the wall in the bedroom . The rooms are drab . The breakfast room is like a 1970’s room , net curtain coming away . The gym floor was dirty and equipment is rusty . Think it was expensive for what it is . £1401 for 7 nights . It needs to be lighter and more welcoming . Take the dark brown away and get rid of the old 1970’s bedroom furniture. In the lounge the sofa was stained and it dips not comfortable at all as it’s so old . The gents in the breakfast room need cleaning .Grey carpet in the bedroom with brown and red curtains . No taste at all . Definitely wouldn’t stay again . It was so noisy aswell . Why should you pay £49 for car park , should get it for free . Food was good though
Location
Had to pay for parking and breakfast which wasn’t stated on your site.
An extra £37
Perfect location
Rock solid bed, very dated
Bel hôtel pour un séjour d’une nuit. Literie confortable. Hôtel bien situé, à proximité du port du ferry de la brittany ferries.
Hôtel assez bruyant tant côté rue que côté couloir.
It was clean
Only one pillow, window didn’t open in room
I've always enjoyed staying at this hotel I thought I'd have a nice room with a spar bath as it was a birthday treat. On my first night there I was getting ready for bed in the bath room when I missed the high step and fell baning my head on a marble coffee table and ending up on the floor in the bedroom I was well aware that the hotel wasn't that disabled friendly due to my stay last year where there was another incident resulting in another fall my mobility has got worse since staying last year and really should have thought about staying there a third time I now use a walker to help with balance and before you even enter the hotel there are steps up to the reception can there is a lift up to the rooms but big heavy doors to open and steps down to the room that i found difficult with the walker I don't put any blame on the hotel at all and was completely satisfied with my room and the service I received I have now decided It is not suitable for me to stay there anymore and will look for more suitable accommodation I wish the staff well and thank them for all there kind ness
More disabled friendly disabled access at the front ramps o the rooms but the hotel is a very old building and someone wouldn't know that if they didn't stay there to realize
Location and external appearance
Awful room with a window that looked onto a wall. Noisy AC unit outside the window. No sound insulation which meant I could hear everything down the corridors.
Bed was comfortable, nice bathroom
Would be better if you had smart TV in the room :)
Good location to the Hoe, and to the shops. Staff friendly and helpful also a good restaurant there.
Nothing with the hotel, wetherspoons down the road could be a bit noisy when the windows were open, maybe because the world cup was on.
Good room and good amenities - friendly and helpful staff
