Overnight stay for a show
Pros:

Amazingly central for us!
And use of the Gym to boot 😝

Cons:

The bar closed sharp on 11pm with NO last orders called despite 10 or so people in the bar area.

Great for one night . Nice location .
Pros:

The location is great . Right by every thing we needed . The hotel needs a little bit of a revamp but otherwise it’s ok:)

Cons:

Unfortunately no towels in the spa , no drinks cups for the water fountain .
I found massive amounts of hair on our bedroom carpet in 133
Our room also had an almighty stench of sewerage . I told reception but she just said oh sorry about that .

Overall good value because of the quality of the room. But very noisy.
Pros:

The room we very comfortable. Clean, spacious, chairs to sit on, lots of tea bags. Very good value for money.

Cons:

The road was VERY noisy (boy racers on motorbikes revving at the junction) - the windows need to be tripled glazed. And the cooked breakfast was disappointing e.g. tinned mushrooms.

Great for a long weekend

Good location above average standards, good shower pressure, good gym reasonable pool

No cold water sink, no view from window a lot bitch he said it was Fry that’s where I put liquid in

Great value for money
Pros:

The pool and steam room/sauna were excellent 👌 the breakfast was great the room was clean and comfortable location to city centre was excellent

Right on a busy junction which was a little loud in the middle of the night

Pros:

The size of our room, the dining area, the breakfast and the staff were amazing especially Dan. To be honest everyone was so welcoming and nothing was too much trouble.

Cons:

The car parking was very limited and not really ideal for biggers cars and during all of our stay someone had parked their Mercedes in the electric charging area without charging their car and hence being a tad selfish for those who actually had electric cars.

Excellent location for port, Hoe shops and harbour
Pros:

Clean and comfortable. Room was a good size. Linen and towels were a beautiful white. The staff were lovely, especially Daisy and Craig in the Brasserie, where the food was good and reasonably priced. Breakfast was individually prepared, with waiter service. Good variety. Leisure facilities looked excellent, although we didn't have sufficient time to use them. All in all a smashing hotel to which we will return. Thank you.
