Friendly staff, breakfast delicious and the staff in the breakfast room were particularly lovely, helpful and welcoming.
No bath towels in room when arriving, rang reception for some, they said they would bring some up, after two hours still no towels so had to call down again.
Next day after room was serviced no towels replaced (the dirty ones were in the bath), rang reception again and was told they would bring up, again no towels and I managed to find a housekeeper on another floor and she brought some up to us. We shouldn’t have had to keep asking for towels (there were small hand towels in room.).

Helpful staff, spacious room and great leisure facilities. Decent amount of parking available in the city centre at a much more reasonable price than other parking. Fantastic that they had EV chargers.
Beds in the twin room were quite firm, the plugs in the bathroom were a bit dodgy and it was unfortunate that for our stay the steam room was out of order. It would have been useful to have been notified of this prior to arrival.
Had the room with 4 poster bed and jet bath, did not want to leave,great comfortable hotel. Will be staying here again 😁

The bed was really comfy, pool and gym was nice to have and got used both days
Walls and ceilings were ridiculously thin, meaning we did not get a single full night's sleep often being woken up in the night by families

The room was dated even though it had been redecorated no real thought had been put into how the furniture should fit.
The bed was uncomfortable and uneven as I kept sliding out of it.
We had to ask to get our room serviced after a long day out sightseeing.

Awful rooms aren’t cleaned paid £300 and our room was horrendous couldn’t get our children pram through to our room so had to walk with two young baby’s back and fourth corridors then go back and collect pram no wheelchair or pram friendly very narrow.
Drunken men smashing glasses and fighting in the bar not a nice environment for children.
