A bit tired looking in the room
Great location being near Plymouth Pavilions, Millbay Dock and The Hoe.
The room was comfortable and big. The bathroom is nice and big with a decent shower over a bath.
Lovely helpful staff. Good food and service although would of benefitted by having a Real Ale available.
The bed, although comfortable was not very big. The bath/shower would benefit with having a grab rail to assist with getting in and out of the bath to use the shower.
Only one bedside light which was a bit annoying.
The hotel is tired and dated. The car park badly needs attention. However, the staff did their best to make our stay decent.
Location . Food was good. Staff were friendly, on site parking was available an reasonably priced.
Walls room walls had inadequate acoustic insulation, we could clearly hear the couple talking next door, and they weren’t raising their voices, just talking..

The facilities on offer were great.
A lot of the gym and spa was outdated and needed repair.
I always like my sauna and swim before going out; I'm far from being a prude, but the bad language in the sauna by several non staying guests drags the hotel quality and reputation down.
Much better than I was expecting. Right next door to Plymouth Arena where I was going to see a show. Not too noisy outside at night. I didn't eat or drink at the hotel so I can't comment about that.
