how central it was, wonderful staff, great bistro and restaurant
we didn’t realise quite how noisy the river would be, especially close to the bridge as we were. Also the toilet was a little off kilter and we had a slight leak which we told staff about but despite being told they would get someone to deal with it never materialised. to be fair think its more than maintenance job. Room 318.
Location was good with secure parking and close to town centre. Food was exceptional.

Room was a bit noisy from surrounding rooms from doors banging late at night and early morning. Some people don't have consideration for others or their surroundings
Air con fan was too loud so could not be let on at night

Management/owners are clueless! Fix your room keycard system! Bring it to the 21st century please.
Had to go downstairs 4 times in 24 hours due to the faulty old system to ask for a new card.
We had a group of 12 with us and everyone was complaining.
The suspicion is that they actually time-out, and it’s not actually a magnetization issue. My card was with my shoes the entire day. (They don’t have magnets in them)
Won’t be staying here in the future ownership spends the money to upgrade the system.
Upgrade the system, and I’ll make it 5 Stars!
The staff here are amazing- service is top notch! Breakfast was great and the staff went out of their way for our vegetarian friend, making sure that she had a great selection and experience.
Dinner wasn’t brilliant but ok.
