Estaba muy bien situado. Muy limpio

Cons:

La recepcionista nos comentó que nos había dado por el mismo precio una habitación se superior categoría. Y no era cierto. Ya que la habitación que teníamos era justo la de al lado de la nuestra, con el mismo mobiliario y las mismas vistas, solo cambiaba el color, en lugar de verde (como las imágenes de la habitación reservada) la habitación que nos dieron era naranja. Pero todas las imágenes que tenía de mi reserva, se correspondían con la calidad de la habitación que nos dieron. Por favor, que no traten a los clientes como tontos, que sabemos lo que reservamos. Se lo comentamos a la recepcionista después, y no nos pidió ni disculpas.

Nice hotel
Pros:

Fabulous location but it has jumped in price considerably since our last stay in 2019. Nice breakfast. Staff pleasant. Gluten free options available at breakfast.

Pros:

Location was excellent, within walking distance to lots of areas of interest. Hotel staff were very welcoming, pleasant and were always willing to answer questions. Room itself was very clean, spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

The only thing I had an issue with was noise when people were passing in the corridor - on several occasions I thought we had left the room door open we could hear them that loudly/clearly.

Brilliant Hotel
Pros:

I and my Sister went from 4th to the 6th of April for my sixty birthday. I am disabled and a Wheelchair user the. bedroom and bathroom were very accessible and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. My birthday was Easter Sunday all the staff wished me a happy birthday and when the brought the cake to the table. For the facilities and Staff the Glasshouse should be 6 stars.

Brilliant stay at a lovely hotel
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay in the Glasshouse hotel at the beginning of March. I was part of a much larger group staying there for 2 nights. Wonderful staff, lovely food, over all great time was had. I only remembered a few weeks after I'd lost my cardigan. Phoned the hotel, and yes they had it, found by the lovely staff who manage thr rooms. Lady on reception said it would be no problem to post back to me.
Good service should always be remembered, thank you all

Pros:

The Room we stayed in was fabulous...2 balconies...great size bathroom and bedroom everything was just great and we had a meal in the bar. Breakfast was good aswell..all in all a great 10 out of 10 stay!

Pros:

I love the location. The noise of the river is a fantastic way to soothe yourself to sleep.

The staff are always very friendly - this seems like a cliché, but I find the folks at the Glasshouse exceptionally so.
