El tener a una familia muy ruidosa que no paraba de hacer ruido a todas horas no me dejó dormir. Entiendo que puedan tener niños, pero lo que no puede ser es que estén toda la noche y madrugada gritando y saltando sin que el hotel les llame la atención.

Está cerca de la Ciutat de les Arts

Cons:

Está ubicado encima de un centro comercial y es un poco laberíntico para llegar a las habitaciones y al pk.
La gestión de check in en recepción se hace muy larga.

Aniversário em Valência

Foram muito atenciosos com o pedido especial de uma cama individual e confortável para a minha cervical (fiz uma cirurgia) e uma atenção extra com direito a miminho no meu aniversário 🎂 e tudo o resto correu bem.Agradecer também a possibilidade de deixar a vaga depois do check-out até à hora do voo, é bastante importante mais com os problemas de cervical.Não conheciamos Valência mas era um destino desejado há algum tempo.Adoramos, voltaremos e recomendariamos este hotel,no geral nota positiva e staff atencioso.

Cons:

De ser interrompida,no 2°dia,ao início da manhã 9:15 pelo serviço de limpeza quando estávamos a arranjar-nos os para descer.E do acesso ao pequeno almoço a ter de mudar de edifício.
