Das Bett war durchgelegen, im Bad hatte die Heizung Roststellen, auch der Siffon war verrostet, der Kühlschrank im Eingangsbereich des Zimmers stand dort wohl zur Abholung…

Ideal hotel for a short trip
Pros:

The hotel is pet friendly and the breakfast is very good. The location is good for public transportation and safe.

Pros:

Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Ich war zum 2. Mal in diesem Hotel. Ich hatte ein sauberes Zimmer zum Hinterhof. Das Hotel liegt unweit vom Main, Südbahnhof und vom Zentrum entfernt. 2 Discounter, sowie Bus und Tram gleich um die Ecke. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und werde wieder kommen.

Cons:

Schalter für Nachtischlampe nicht gefunden oder hat nicht funktioniert. Der Fön funktionierte nicht. Das Hotel liegt nahe an einer Bahnlinie.

Disappointed. Paid 484 euro 4mths in advance, reduced to almost half that price on the day
Pros:

The bed was reasonably comfortable. Its main claim to fame in other reviews is that there's a Lidl supermarket nearby open Mon - Sat 7am-10pm.

Cons:

The room was supplied with a kettle, fridge, microwave, 2 glasses, 2 cups, 2 saucers, 2 teaspoons. In the wonky wall cupboard was a frying pan and small pan. Absolutely useless without means of cooking. No plates or knives and forks so if you wished to warm up food in the microwave or cook something you would have been eating with your hands. No cloth to dry cups when we washed them - had to use a bathroom towel! The hotel photo was taken when once freshly painted - looks shabbier now. There is a lot of noise from the nearby trainlines - many freight trains throughout the night. The only servicing the room received during our stay were the towels being swapped. No vacuuming, no cups washed or beds made. Had to go down to reception on arrival to get some teabags, sugar and milk as tray was empty.

Ich lebe nun schon seit vielen Jahren in Frankfurt und habe dieses Hotel für einen Freund gebucht. Die Zimmer sind für den Preis, den sie verlangen, in Ordnung. Diesen Monat habe ich auch zweimal in diesem Hotel übernachtet, insgesamt über 15 Tage lang, weil ich zu Hause ein Problem mit der Wasserleitung hatte. Das Personal, insbesondere an der Rezeption (außer Ralf), war schrecklich. An der Rezeption war eine Dame und manchmal auch der Manager selbst. Sie waren unhöflich, unfreundlich, unprofessionell und absolut unangenehm. Sie haben mich sogar ausgelacht und sich über mich lustig gemacht, weil mein Deutsch anfangs nicht sehr gut war. Ich würde dort nie wieder übernachten! Ich würde lieber mehr bezahlen. Sie sind unhöflich, distanziert gegenüber Ihren Kunden und zeigen, dass Sie keine Lust haben, sie zu bedienen. Ich glaube, wenn Sie außerhalb Deutschlands wären, wären Sie derzeit arbeitslos.
