Chef Shawn is the bomb!
Pros:

I stay at many Hilton Garden hotels, but this one had an exceptional restaurant with very good food. Ashley my server was one of the most positive, pleasant people I have ever met and I got to talk with the Chef (Shawn) who went out of his way to ensure my food was absolutely perfect. I made a point to eat there each night of my stay and each night was equally as good. I would highly recommend this place.

Outstanding Service & A Truly Enjoyable Dining Experience

I had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Charlottesville, but what truly stood out was the exceptional service from the staff, especially during my dinner.

Chef Shaun and my bartender, Ashley, made the entire experience memorable. They were not only incredibly friendly, but also genuinely fun and engaging. Their personalized attention made me feel more like a welcomed guest than just a customer. They checked in often, made great recommendations, and ensured I had everything I needed throughout the evening.

It’s rare to find a team that balances professionalism with such a warm, approachable energy. Their accommodating nature and positive attitudes turned a simple dinner into one of the highlights of my trip.

Highly recommend staying here and definitely make time to enjoy the dining experience!
