Pros:

Room was clean and a nice size. Well-equipped, and ready to get too.

Cons:

We arrived, had to wait 15 minutes for a luggage cart. Waited 10 minutes to check in. Food at 6 pm was almost all gone.

I booked the room, when I got there the kid behind the desk said they had no rooms , but could give me a king suite sense the 2 queens were sold out, then the manager said no I couldn’t have that room that they were sold out. Both were very rude!

Kathy in housekeeping is a gem. She brought me a plate from the dining room. Couldn't leave my vocal dog alone to get it myself.

Conveniently located
Pros:

I’ve stayed at this location 3 times over the years. I was very tired and the first room had some issues. The staff gave me a different room and all was well.

Cons:

The ac took a while to get to a comfortable level and the cleaning staff missed cleaning out the fridge. The hotel was very understanding and made things right.
