Location was convenient. Beds were reasonably comfortable.
Last minute booking prices seemed to be marked up a bit. Breakfast was an additional fee.

The bathroom shower was very dirty. The floor was sticky, and there were socks and/or rags holding the hallway doors open near the elevator on the 4th floor. They need more and better housekeeping staff, in my opinion.
The area was close to a lot of shopping centers and restaurants.
The room assigned to me was dirty, the carpet was dirty with stains, the side of the bed had dried blood or something, the tub was dirty with hair in it. I got moved to another room.
Overall everything was good. The breakfast in the restaurant was good and the staff was very kind and attentive. Check in and out was very smooth.
The lobby restroom was filthy. There was at least one toilet clogged and some garbage on the floor. Luckily two of the 4 stalls were usable.
Check in was seamless. I asked for extra pillows and they arrived within 10 minutes. The young man that checked us in had a good dinner recommendation too.

The bed was comfortable
It was very dirty, trash all over the grounds and on the elevator that was still there 2 days later. Our bathroom sink leaked all over the floor and no one came to fix it.
After a bas experience elsewhere the staff went above and beyond to make sure oir stay with them was norhing less but great. Will be staying again gor sure.

I tried to tune the TV in the room to Fox News and only got a black screen; however, the TV would tune to CNN. Either both should be available or neither. Also when we left the hotel this morning, the lobby TV was tuned to CNN. Lobby TVs should be tuned to something unbiased and non news.
Also, the floor of the shower was slightly discolored and could probably be remedied with the correct cleaning product.
Carpeting in the hallways and rooms are aged and worn. Some need repair. Also the shampoo dispenser in the shower was empty
lo mejor es el personal de recepcion, tanto un varon como una señorita, muy serviciales, dispuestos a colaborar y ser gentiles. De hecho al llegar tuve que pedir cambio de habitacion y procedieron con total gentileza
los pasajeros no respetan el NO FUMAR en las habitaciones, y están con un pésimo olor a tabaco. Todas.
