großes Zimmer; bequemes Bett; großes Bad;

Dusche: Wasser spritzt aus dem Duschbereich heraus
Frühstück: Würstchen und Bacon wirkten zum großen Teil wie vom Vortag aufgewärmt; Rührei dazu offenbar aus Eipulver hergestellt; Käse t. T. wie vom Vortag (Scheiben bogen sich am Rand hoch und waren leicht angetrocknet;
Personal am Abend mit wenig Kompetenz in der Beratung zu Getränken;
Reinigung des Zimmers fand zwischen den zwei Übernachtungen offenbar nicht statt

Pros:

Locatie is heel fijn als je gemakkelijk (met de auto) de stad in wilt en naar Julianatoren gaat. De kamer was ruim en had wat je nodig hebt.

Cons:

Het is allemaal wat gedateerd en kan wel een opknapbeurt gebruiken waardoor je gewoonweg gebreken ziet. Wij hadden een hoekkamer en met enkel glas hoor je gewoonweg veel vanaf de weg ernaast wat niet ideaal is als je, zoals mijn dochter, vroeg naar bed gaat. Het is allemaal ok, maar ik vind het persoonlijk aan de prijs voor wat je krijgt.

I had a mixed experience during my stay.

The hotel itself is very nice and located in a great area. The restaurant was not busy during my visit, but the food was actually very good. I also really appreciated that the staff accommodated us with dinner at a later time. Additionally, the 24-hour check-in is a great feature in general.

Cons:

However, there were some significant issues with service. I arrived at around 2:30 AM and was initially given a room that had not been cleaned. At that time of night, it took about 20 minutes for the staff to find me another room, which was quite frustrating.

I stayed for two nights, and after returning from my first day out, my room had not been serviced at all. This reflects a very poor level of housekeeping and overall staff performance.

Fijne ligging. Ontbijt was prima. Genoeg keuze.

Uitstekende ligging. Directe busverbinding naar het centrum. Loopafstand van paleis Het Loo. Snel buiten het centrum.

Cons:

Matrassen waren zacht. Veel stof op de kamer.
