Voldoende, maar zullen in het vervolg niet weer boeken

Ontbijt was voldoende en prima, locatie was perfect voor het gene dat wij op de planning hadden, personeel leek wat verveeld.

Cons:

Kamer was heet kil en zakelijk, kan echt wel wat gezelliger, kamer was groot maar daarentegen de badkamer krap.

Goed maar onvriendelijke communicatie bij reservatie.
Pros:

De stijl van het huis, vorige glorie goed in stand gehouden. Mooie ligging, vlak bij Het Loo.

Cons:

De communicatie bij de booking, meerdere malen geen reacties op beloofde respons. Wij vinden dit onprofessioneel en zijn dit niet gewoon.

Schönes Hotel mit kleinen Schwächen.
Pros:

Ein schönes Hotel in guter Lage.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war renovierungsbedürftig, die Wassertemperatur nicht ausreichen warm zum duschen. Das Badezimmer roch unangenehm, da der Siphon ausgetrocknet war, nach dem ersten Duschen war der Geruch weg.

Heel basis ontbijt. Geen amandelmelk of hazelmelk wanneer je geen soya of gewone melk mag.

Meer aangerekend dan aanvankelijk. In boeking stond 173,....
Kreeg een factuur van 200 én een beetje maar werd rechtgetrokken naar 185 en een beetje.

Fijne lokatie, netjes en schoon, heerlijk ontbijt. Vriendelijk personeel.
