Cons:

Que el primer día, no tuve agua y estaba en la ducha y nadie paso informando que hiba a reparar, problemas con las tuberías.

La atención del personal (Marcelo) fue muy amable, las instalaciones excelentes, las camas muy cómodas, el cuarto impecable.
A mí hija le encantó la piscina y el área de jacuzzi excelente.
El desayuno magnífico.

Pros:

Every single staff member was so kind! Happy, helpful… truly wonderful people. Would stay again just for the staff! Pool was great. Had a beach like, walk in shallow pool- great for kids.

La ubicación fue un plus por la naturaleza de nuestra escapada.

Cons:

El mantenimiento en la habitación estaba deficiente. Hay cosas herrumbradas o muy viejas, como la TV. Quisimos ver una película y no se pudo configurar el Netflix porque no se podía.
La bañera tiene zonas herrumbradas y se sale el agua de la ducha, además del Coffee maker también se derrama

Pros:

The staff especially Melvin the porter, Rudy at breakfast and Diego & Santiago on reception are so helpful and nice. The vibe of the hotel is really friendly and relaxed

Cons:

The water pressure in the bathrooms isn’t great and the t.v.s are old so you can’t get Netflix etc on them plus the WiFi is slow.

Tenían un área para ver el partido del mundial.

La experiencia fue muy mala al momento de tratar de solicitar la factura electrónica.
Me trataron muy displicentemente.

Me gustó el orden de la habitación, pero requiere más coordinación y mejoras en la infraestructura.
Pros:

Del alojamiento me ha gustado lo limpio y ordenado de la habitación.

Cons:

Nos dieron una habitación ocupada, nos cambiaron a una con fuga en sanitario, y posteriormente nos dieron una donde el AC se encendía y apagaba cada cierto tiempo.
