It is definitely not 5 star hotel. There is not hot water at the shower! The staff didn't really take care for this.

Pros:

Very aged property. No hot water and a trickle from the shower. Really not acceptable. For me I simply want a comfortable bed and a hot shower with some water pressure. All the facilities are very aged. The sofa in the room was torn and worn, the shower head simply trickled water out of it. Cold...no hot water.

Cons:

Las instalaciones estaban viejas, rotas. El aire acondicionado estaba activado y hacía mucho frío. Llame para que lo corrijan y me dijeron que no tenía solución, por lo que había que o apagarlo o dejarlo al máximo. (MUCHO FRÍO O MUCHO CALOR)

El baño, la ducha era baja, por lo que debía agacharme para ducharme.

Totally worth it, recommended
Pros:

The room was great, access to the people from our room, very spacious, comfortable beds, good size badroom

Cons:

The badroom is very outdated, the was almost no hot water, you could barely notice there was a warm water at all, it has a very old bath tube and the shower itself was so low I didn't fit, I had to almost kneel under the shower to get some water on my bed.
Besides that all was superb

Pros:

Lovely hotel with pool, restaurant and spa. Kind staffs that greet you at the door. Gorgeous pool setup with a bar.

Cons:

Its my first time here and there's nothing I dont like. I will be back here for another review after visiting again.

Agradable para viajes en familia, personal muy atento y cordial.
Pros:

el personal es muy amable, en especial las personas que atienden en el desayuno. Tambien la persona que nos atendio las 2 veces que almorzamos en el restaurante Quatro fue muy atento, amable y cordial. El chef del restaurant tuvo la gentileza de saludarnos tambien.

Cons:

los baños necesitan mejorar, poca presion de agua, y solo agua muy fria y poco fria en la ducha, no habia agua caliente.
