Terrible customer service!!
Pros:

Never got to see more than the front desk because when I arrived I was told that they had canceled my reservation.

Cons:

Canceled my reservation for no good reason and left me looking for a new hotel in a small town that was crowded with tourists. I had to settle for a subpar motel 30 miles away and overpriced.

Pros:

Check in was 3:00 and I arrived at 5:30 and my room was not ready. Also the bathroom was clean but smelled sour. So much I could barely stay in there

Pros:

Location and breakfast

Cons:

We were put in a handicap accessible room, which is not terrible, but the shower curtain would not stay closed because the shower curtain rod was coming out of the wall, the shower head was old and would not stay up and it looked gross and dirty.

We enjoyed our stay, slept well, and shopped across the street.
Pros:

Nice staff, clean, convenient location

Cons:

Felt a tad bit unsafe, but not bad. There were other hotels close by and it’s right in the main road.
