It was uncomfortable at best.
Pros:

I was happy about the proximity to the ASU campus and downtown Boone.

Cons:

It was not clean. The linens were dirty. The carpet was terribly stained. There was a very potent smell of mildew in the room.

It was horrible.
Pros:

Front desk guy was friendly. Only good thing about the place.

Cons:

The floor of the hotel room was absolutely disgusting. Hair all in the bathroom. It's also the darkest dingiest place I have ever stayed. The coffee ran out at breakfast and no one refilled it. Will never stay there again. Shut it down!

Decent..
Pros:

The location, the view, checkout staff was nice, breakfast was decent

Cons:

Returning guest, more problems this time...The girl who was there at check in was snippy(booking.com says you can pay cash so initially we brought cash.)but even then she was just snippy... Our bed was dipped out in one spot and worn out, water faucet in the tub stuck out from the wall, door handle on bathroom wouldn't lock, no shampoo during our visit, room smelled a little from previous guests

I was disappointed and would like a refund.
Pros:

the location was close to son's campus

Cons:

It had an odor. When I informed the front desk I was given spray. I woke up with several swollen areas like bug bite marks on my right arm and I would like a refund

Pros:

It was clean. It was very for Friday July 3. The room was very spacious.

Cons:

Breakfast served at 7am on weekends which is too late for someone who is getting back on the road the next day. I'd like to say it was over priced but every hotel in Boone is over priced. I've stayed in identical rooms all over the eastern us for half the price
