Great stay but rooms could use an update.
Pros:

Our family has been staying at this property since 2015. We feel that the rooms (carpet & upholstered chair) need to be updated.
Check in was great on Thurs, 3/12/26. The lady at the front desk was very nice & welcoming. She also replaced the hot water when we made hot chocolate in the lobby later that evening.
The person on Fri, 3/13 stayed in the office to the right of the front desk both times that I was in the lobby and didn’t appear available.
The breakfast was great both mornings and very well-stocked.

The room was clean. The hotel location is good. The pool was freezing. The plumbing in the shower was broken.
Pros:

The room was clean, most of the staff were very nice, good breakfast

Cons:

When choosing a hotel, we specifically looked for one with a pool, but the water was freezing, and I think you should mention that. The plumbing in the shower was so old and broken that it was impossible to use. To check into the we had to wait for the staff for about an hour, and it was about 4-5 pm.

Nice little trip to the mountains!

The staff were friendly and the location was great.

Cons:

The advertise indoor pool is NOT heated and the room the pool is in has no heat as well.

Amazing service
Pros:

The service was absolutely amazing. Front desk personal Mimi was very detailed and provided extra support in certain situations to make our couple valentine/anniversary time together absolutely amazing. We appreciate this and we will be back.

Cons:

Hotel is dirty. The pool says its open but it was just as cold inside as it was outside. And dont even bother with the insurance because they will deny you. Never again!

Great stay in Boone
Pros:

Great place to stay enjoyed the jacuzzi and the breakfast, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Will be staying here again.
