Front desk staff was very rude and unwelcoming.

The entire third floor had a musty smell. The toilet in my room broke and nobody even tried to fix it. I had to move to another hotel.

The bed and the room was clean and comfortable but didn't meet handicap needs.
Cons:

I can't understand why a handicap accesible room is located on the third floor. If there was a fire and I needed to use the stairs, I would have been severely compromised. Also, there was a bathtub rather than a shower.

Convenient location. Easy to book and check-in. Nice staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Complimentary breakfast with lots of options.

Cons:

Noisy at night. Older building, some superficial damage in bathroom, on carpets, and on doors. Small parking lot, difficult to park at night.

Pros:

The night staff that checked us in were very friendly.

Cons:

The beds weren't comfortable, the walls are paper thin. It sounded like a herd of elephants beside and above us. It's so close to the road so all night we heard traffic. The price is definitely not worth what we got.

Pleasant timen with the family staying at the Country Inn and Suites by Radisson in Boone
Pros:

The location was great, very close to many restaurants. The complementary breakfast was tasty and with several options to choose from. The room was clean and big enough for our family. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The aisle on the third floor where we stayed at had a weird smell.
