Cons:

Hotel is dirty. The pool says its open but it was just as cold inside as it was outside. And dont even bother with the insurance because they will deny you. Never again!

The staff was absolutely fabulous. They were welcoming and very accommodating. They went above and beyond.

Cons:

The roads and parking lot were not cleared. The staff had mentioned that it had been plowed, but it was a sheet of ice. The carpets had stains on the floor. I had booked a suite through booking.com and ended up with a standard two queen room. There was no drawers to place tour clothing. The breakfast didn't have a lot of options. For the price I paid I expected a lot more. The beds were not as comfy as I expected them to be.

Basic hotel at good location.
Pros:

Basic breakfast, friendly staff, good location.

Cons:

Old facilities, needs renovation urgently. Not the Radisson standard I know.

Lo que me gustó más fue ver la nieve caer por la ventana jejeje, el Downton está cerca pienso que está bien ubicado

Cons:

La recepcionista que nos recibió para el check-in muy mal educada y no explico ni siquiera dónde quedaba la habitación 👎🏻 lo mismo sucedió con el chico a la hora de hacer el check-out. No es el hotel más económico ni el más costoso pero los de recepción son la imagen del hotel deben ser más amables

The place was adequate. That’s the best I can say about it.
Pros:

The location was perfect for the reason we made the trip.

Cons:

Tiny pillows on bed, several large stains on carpet in room, no housekeeping during our entire four night stay.

The cookies at check in were excellent. The desk in
Room was great for work. The building was quiet.

Cons:

The pillows were tiny like chicken nuggets, not comfortable at all. The carpets were really stained and need a deep clean or replacement. The coffee wasn’t good. The pool was closed. The parking was very limited with all the work trucks blocking the drive in.
