Nice little trip to the mountains!

Cons:

Hotel is dirty. The pool says its open but it was just as cold inside as it was outside. And dont even bother with the insurance because they will deny you. Never again!

The staff was absolutely fabulous. They were welcoming and very accommodating. They went above and beyond.

Cons:

The roads and parking lot were not cleared. The staff had mentioned that it had been plowed, but it was a sheet of ice. The carpets had stains on the floor. I had booked a suite through booking.com and ended up with a standard two queen room. There was no drawers to place tour clothing. The breakfast didn't have a lot of options. For the price I paid I expected a lot more. The beds were not as comfy as I expected them to be.
