Staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was good albeit a bit limited. Room quite spacious and bed was comfortable. Good location.
Bathroom was in a very poor state , very noisy air conditioning.

No m funcionó el agua caliente al momento de ducharme. Me dijeron que en el parking iba a darme una cochera en lugar de prioridad y no fue así. Aire acondicionado muy ruidoso.
Me gustaron las instalaciones
Al principio me mandaron a una habitación en la cual se escuchaba un ruido a cañería de agua muy fuerte lo cual no me permitió dormir y el acolchado que había estaba muy sucio. Luego me cambiaron a una habitación que estaba muy bien pero no andaba el agua caliente. El personal muy amablemente solucionó mis problemas, pero con lo que te cobran la estadía del hotel no debería pasar esto.
Llegamos antes de la hora del check in y nos dejaron ingresar a la habitación.

I didn‘t have running water in my room, once this issue was resolved, the next problems showed up.
No warm water, no water for the toilet.
Furniture was run down, breakfast without much variety.

No nos quedamos en ese hotel por las malos comentarios que tenía.e guíé por la puntuación y las fotos a la hora de reservar y pagar. Booking debería verificar la veracidad de los puntos que otorga y las fotos de los establecimientos

Welcome receptionists on the other hand were excellent & extremely helpful, cordial and accommodative! Trying to find a “better” room for us. Which at least had seemingly a “cleaner” mattress.

The person behind the bar that was also in the breakfast section was terrible always on the phone going through social media. No help. No directing or anything. Just after being asked something being told it was all for extra! A normal coffee?????
The croissants were uncooked, yogurt was liquid as a milk drink, bread the oldest I ever seen.
