Booking informa precio final sin cargos ocultos. Estando en Buenos Aires, la ley argentina exige un 21% de descuento del IVA para extranjeros con tarjeta extranjera. Este hotel, en lugar de aplicarlo, infló el precio base en un 21% y luego restó esa misma cantidad. Pagué igual que si no existiera el descuento. Intenté explicarlo en recepción y con atención al cliente: todos se negaron a reconocer la práctica, aunque en mi reserva original estaba claramente escrito. Esto no es un error, es una simulación ilegal del beneficio legal. Que otros huéspedes extranjeros lo sepan.

"Illegal practice with VAT exemption for foreigners"

Booking states the final price with no hidden charges. While staying in Buenos Aires, Argentine law grants a 21% VAT discount for foreigners paying with a foreign card. Instead of applying it, this hotel inflated the base price by 21% and then subtracted the same amount. I ended up paying the same as if the discount didn't exist. I tried to explain this at reception and to customer service: they all refused to acknowledge the practice, even though it was clearly stated in my original booking. This is not a mistake, it's an illegal simulation of a legal benefit. Other foreign guests should be aware.

Bien ubicado. La atención del personal, correcta y amable. No nos alojamos, y nos reembolsaron el total del importe pagado

Dejando en claro que no nos alojamos, lo que ofrecieron difería de lo que prometían. Le faltaba mantenimiento y limpieza. La ventana de la habitación no tenía black-out

Dość skromne śniadanie, brak możliwości przedłużenia pobytu krótkoterminowo - musiałam zostać 2 godziny dłużej, tymczasem dopłata dotyczyła połowy dnia. Szkoda, że nie ma możliwości przedłużenia pobytu na godziny. Brak minibaru oraz wody pitnej do dyspozycji gości, co przy 4 gwiazdkach powinno być standardem.
