Very good hotel, no problems, clean, good staff and excellent location.
Pros:

The location is perfect and a short walk to the centre. If you do not like the breakfast there are plenty of coffee places around to eat. I did not try the breakfast due to other commitments. My room was excellent, plenty of space, small kitchen with microwave. Large bed with clean and good sheets, bathroom good too. My room overlooked the road, which was once too. Receptionists were very friendly (Rubens and the others) and no problem with check in, which was very quick. I took their advice beforehand with an airport transfer which was also OK. The hotel seems small as it is is a quite road with a small reception but don't let first impressions fool you, the hotel is good for a quick business trip or a couple for the weekend. I will come back

Pros:

Apartamento amplo com 2 quartos, 2 banheiros, sala e cozinha, ar condicionado em todos os cômodos, melhor localização impossível, funcionários atenciosos e bom café de manhã.

Cons:

Faltou um escorredor de pratos na cozinha, mas é só um detalhe em um apartamento excepcional.

Excelente opção em Buenos Aires
Pros:

Minha experiência no Up Viamonte foi excelente. A equipe foi extremamente prestativa e cordial durante toda a estadia, sempre disposta a ajudar e fornecer informações úteis.

A localização é um dos grandes destaques: o hotel fica próximo dos principais pontos turísticos de Buenos Aires, além de estar cercado por ótimos restaurantes, cafés e supermercados, o que torna tudo muito prático.

O quarto era amplo, confortável e muito limpo, proporcionando uma estadia agradável e tranquila. Com certeza voltaria a me hospedar aqui e recomendo o hotel para quem busca conforto, boa localização e um atendimento de qualidade.

Cons:

Apenas deixo um alerta para quem pretende pagar com cartões internacionais, como Wise ou Nomad. No meu caso, a cobrança foi processada inicialmente em pesos argentinos e depois convertida para dólares utilizando uma taxa de câmbio diferente da que eu esperava. Por isso, o valor final em dólares foi maior do que o saldo que eu havia separado exclusivamente para pagar a hospedagem, e precisei adicionar cerca de US$ 50 na hora para concluir o pagamento. Vale a pena deixar uma margem de segurança no saldo do cartão para evitar esse tipo de imprevisto.

Pros:

The front desk guys were all good ,but Alex is super .He did his best to make our stay very comfortable. Breakfast was okay and hot water was available

Cons:

The elevator is so small and corridors we're so narrow. Some of the rooms were so bare minimum. At first we disliked. Then alex gave us a beautiful room. Then onwards the stay was good.

Da localização, da gentileza dos funcionários. O Carlos nos recebeu de uma forma.muito gentil. Chegamos cedo e o mesmo prontamente nos ofereceu guardar as malas para.que possamos passear e retornar no horário do check-in. A limpeza impecável, todos os dias que chegávamos dos passeios estava a cama arrumada e tudo muito organizado. O pessoal do café da manhã sempre repondo os ingredientes para que nada faltasse. Tudo feito com muito carinho. Adoramos nossa estadia.
