Serenità e gentilezza
Pros:

Personale cordiale, gentile e disponibile: ti accoglieva sempre con un sorriso. Vicinanza ai principali punti di interesse di santa Maria degli angeli. Disponibilità di parcheggio. Colazione semplice ma buona. Pranzo nella media e anche con prodotti tipici.

Cons:

La doccia non era fissa ma si apriva a portafoglio all’occorrenza per cui parte dei pavimenti del bagno si bagnavano dopo l’utilizzo. Sarebbero stati più utili dei cuscini più gonfi. Camere non insonorizzate. Abbiamo pranzato per la giornata di Pasqua presso il ristorante annesso: si è mangiato abbastanza bene ma non hanno tenuto conto di alcune segnalazioni su cui avevamo insistito più volte sia durante il soggiorno ma anche durante la settimana prima dell’arrivo. Abbiamo dovuto ribadire il tutto durante il pranzo. Le camere non sono molto molto grandi ma per una/due notti ok!

Abbiamo visitato l'ostensione delle spoglie di San Francesco in modo molto semplice e funzionale
Pros:

Colazione standard, senza eccessi, ma funzionale e abbondante; la posizione dell'hotel è buonissima per chi vuol visitare sia Santa Maria deli Angeli, sia Assisi, in quanto a 200mt dalla Basilica si S. M. degli Angeli e dalle fermate del servizio navetta C del bus per Assisi. inoltre ha un parcheggio che permette di lasciare tranquillamente l'auto.

La posizione eccezionale,a poche centinaia di metri dalla Porziuncola. Il parcheggio privato. La cortesia dello staff

Camera matrimoniale molto molto piccola,apri la porta per entrare e quasi tocca il letto. Non c'è spazio per aprire un trolley,devi poggiarlo sul letto e abbiamo viaggiato con uno zainetto altrimenti non so dove avremmo messo una valigia, nemmeno a terra c'è spazio....la colazione è un po' scarsa, abbiamo trovato solo cornetti (vuoti) qualche affettato e pezzetti di crostata. Un consiglio se posso,il burro, lasciatelo a temperatura ambiente,era praticamente duro, impossibile da spalmare....

Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very nice. Location is great - 10 mins from the basilica and lots of shops and pubs nearby. Spacious bathroom with a big shower enclosure.
