Enjoyable!
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was warm nderful, better than the camper we travel in sometimes. Nice area to walk our dog. We will be back!

Cons:

Check out time is 11am, but my key stopped working at 1015. If they want you out earlier they need to change the checkout time. It’s a real pain when you’re trying to pack your car and can’t get back in

Pluses and Minuses
Pros:

Lovely building and grounds. Staff was very pleasant. Always helpful to have a nicely stocked kitchen, and the tv that pivoted from the sleeping area to the sitting area was a nice touch.

Cons:

Inside, it’s nothing fancy. The room itself was showing its age a bit, and smudges on the walls etc made us wonder about its cleanliness. There was no full length mirror that we could find. While our room overall was nice and quiet, we were startled occasionally by very loud plumbing (?) sounds coming from a neighboring room. While the location of the hotel is technically close to excellent amenities, it is situated on a back access road that was quite tricky to navigate for an out-of-towner. It’s a good value, just don’t expect anything luxurious.

Sub par for the brand.
Pros:

I had a procedure at UNC hospital. I requested a quiet room. Was put on the 3rd floor quite far from the elevator. Very hard to walk that distance while feeling ill.
The room was clean but very worn and the halls smell of fried food. Like a cafeteria. The bed was so insanely hard and uncomfortable. The couch was a brick with hard pillows. Absolutely no comfort at all.
The man at the front desk was extremely pleasant and the only thing positive sbout the stay.
I’ve stayed at Marriot before and this was very sub par. When we return to the hospital we will be selecting another hotel.

Best Place to stay in Chapel Hill!
Pros:

The hotel was great. The rooms were spacious, clean and very relaxing. Everything we needed was in our suite. Would definitely recommend and will reuse in the future.

Dans les couloirs ça sentait comme mes chaussettes après un marathon
Dans la chambre ça sentait le produit chimique et la climatisation faisait un bruit infernal.
La déco doit dater de la WW1 et le petit déjeuner était pitoyable.
Et tout ça pour la modique somme de 200$

Pros:

What makes this hotel so special is the staff. From the moment you enter the door Jerry greets you and treats you as though you have entered a five star resort. I did encounter some problems with noise and he took care of the it immediately and professionally. I also ordered room service and it was delivered quickly and the food was very good. The staff here is amazing. But again, I must say Jerry is one of the best I’ve ever meet in this business!
