Would stay here again
Pros:

The room was very comfortable, the bed especially everything you could need. Staff very helpful. I needed a hairdryer and they provided straight away. It was a good area to stay.

Cons:

The bar closed at 10.30 on the dot, even at the weekend. For residents, could have been longer.

Pros:

Central location with good and ample parking which is a great feature. Professional and helpful staff. Comfortable bedding and relaxing nigjt keep.

Cons:

Old style hotel which is now tired especially the bathroom.The heating in my room was not working and I had to rely on a portable heater as engineers had gone home. Needs a bit of an upgrade to take it back to its former glory.

Pleasant stay as last time.
Pros:

The room was clean and tidy and well maintained. The staff were helpful and the location is brilliant for us. The room was very spacious and quiet

Cons:

The heating in the room didn't seem to work although it wasn't cold. I wanted it warmer and the setting was easy to adjust but didn't seem to make any difference to the room temperature.

Location great,staff fantastic , not overly clean, hairs in toilet, bed just way to soft, room location right outside m

Bed was like sleeping on a trampoline just way to soft no give in it, our location room 426 backs onto M&S unloading bay constant noise unloading lorries so sleep wasn’t good,
Probably wouldn’t stay there again

We traveled as my partner was having surgery so I was alone for one of the nights we stayed, I felt comfortable as a lone woman, the food was lovely and the cocktails were Devine.
