Great hotel for price
Pros:

Friendly staff ,facilities great ,shops nearby too

Cons:

Bad part was the bath plug that was mouldy with hair attached to it ,cleaned it well before getting in ,the towels where not great and shredding otherwise great hotel .

Some of the mattresses seem a bit worn and in a double you find yourselves both rolling into the middle.

Cons:

Coat hangers that cannot be removed. This seems to be a thing in hotels. Do people steal them? As a short person I find them quite awkward to use.

I will certainly stay here again.
Pros:

Proximity to the hospital , ease to get into the city centre and good local shopping for good and of course The Range! Also the beds care very comfortable and I just love the towelling robes.

Cons:

Not a lot in fact difficult to find fault with anything. A slight grumble about the temperature control of the shower which in a fraction of a turn went from hot to cold!

Needs A Refresh
Pros:

We appreciated the free car park and the staff are friendly & polite. Our room was clean & spacious and the bed comfortable. We have been using the hotel for several years now when we visit friends & family in Plymouth and have previously mentioned in reviews that the rooms need refreshing & updating. We were very disappointed to return to find that, yet again, nothing had changed. The bathroom is looking dated and the carpet was past its best. This is something that is now overdue.
