Disappointing but we weren't there long enough to worry about it

Price and parking outside

Cons:

The pillows were awful, the room was shabby, carpet by door filthy, everything was tired and didn't feel clean

The room was excellent. The bathrobes gave it a bit of luxury.

I was a bit disappointed with the meals, especially breakfast which I didn't think was worth £15 - not for what I had anyway.

I highly recommend the Future Inn at Plymouth to anyone who wishes to have a relaxing and comfortable stay.
Pros:

We have stayed before and are familiar with the Future Inn accommodation and facilities which are more than adequate for a comfortable stay. On this occasion in exceptional circumstances the staff were completely accommodating for myself and my family.
