Our bathroom was not clean. The door to the room wouldn’t not fully close. The elevator was extremely dirty. Killed a bug crawling across sink in bathroom

No change for laundry

This property was not as expected. Our door didn’t close properly, so I asked to have our room moved which was accommodated. The lights in the bathroom didn’t work, and lamp on the bedside table had no lightbulb in it. The shampoo and conditioner bottle in the shower were empty and moldy. The shower door didn’t close properly, and there was a baby cockroach crawling around inside the shower. The toilet did not flush properly, and seemed like it was going to overflow if we kept using it. The indoor pool was black and had a sign on the door that the pool was not in use. Although the room was cool, there was no A/C in use in the hallways or elevator. Upon check out, the printer wasn’t working so I asked to have the invoice sent to my email. The young man behind the counter (who seemed like he may have been 15ish) emailed me the wrong customer’a invoice.

The room that I reserved was not the one I was given, the staff was rude and racist. When we asked for sheets for a pullout bed they were delivered wet if ownership ever reads this the people below you are not deserving of the job titles they hold.

I booked a room with a king bed, they gave me a room with a whole extra room section with an extra bed in there. The light in the bathroom was taped to the ceiling. Something like a sprinkler in our room was covered with a bandana tied on it. The power went out for hours and we had no light or A/C. There was no one at the desk when I checked out.

As soon as we checked in, we checked right back out. The room was disgusting. Thankfully, the Front Desk Agent agreed to a check out and reimbursement.

The pool was out of service. The room smelled weird. The lobby wasn’t air conditioned. The breakfast was meh. The beds squeaked. Our rooms weren’t provided with fresh towels or any kind of service. The garbage cans in the lobby were over flowing. and there was only one garbage can in the bathroom.

The pillowcases were not clean enough and my bathroom smelt like pee/sewage my entire trip. I had to buy air freshener

They gave our room away after checking us in. Pool closed

The first night we walked in we saw 6-7 roaches scurry when the light came on. There was clear yellow pee or whatever stains all over the comforters . All around it’s said because these are two bugs things that make a HUGE difference in a stay! We decided to sleep with lights on and then a roach crawled into our bed . Like I couldn’t believe it . I didn’t sleep making sure bugs didn’t go onto my kids. I left two dead roaches in the bathroom on the floor right in the middle so when they came to clean the room while we were out they can see hopefully set some traps. When I came back from Hershey the room was straightened up. BUT THEY LEFT THE TWO DEAD ROACHES ON THE FLOOR! Like seriously the least you could have done what clean it! Spend some of the money you make cheating out your guest and get an exterminator!

Their wad a roach that crawled across the bed within an hour of being there, the food for breakfast was disgusting and an unidentified man walked into my room using a key without knocking and when I yelled at the front desk about this they didnt even really care. Please remove this hotel from the site

Nothing! They took my money, called me as I got to my concert, told me they overbooked and couldn’t accommodate me. Told me I’d be receiving a refund in a week with processing times. I didn’t get a refund. Booking.com won’t do anything about it. And the hotel won’t answer their phone.

You can hear people walking upstairs. Was told that I wasn’t in the system for a good 20 minutes when trying to check in just for the worker at the counter to call up his boss and the boss was able to find me immediately in the system. Very unprofessional.
