Pros:

Просторный, чистый номер. Огромная кровать

Cons:

Очень сложная и неудобная регистрация при подключении к WiFi, подключиться так и не удалось. В халатах оказалась моль, так же единичные бабочки летали в номере. Одна стена стена между комнатой и санузлом стеклянная, прозрачная, правда, есть штора.

This Sofitel experience is slightly different from the other Sofitel in the bigger cities, in terms of product and servi
Pros:

The concierge staff Noah was very friendly and helpful. The property is beside Wanda shopping mall with a big supermarket at B1. The front office team could do better with questions we had regarding the Accor membership program, however this could also be due to the lack of English proficiency. The guest room is dated and could be maintained better, twin rooms bathroom privacy blinds were fixed on the guest room side instead of the bathroom side. Both edge of the privacy blinds has a gap of 1 - 2cm, so you can see the person in the bathroom which is annoying if you like your privacy. The breakfast spread is adequate, however the buffet layout could be managed better, wirings are hanging off the appliances, coffee machine needs more attention from staff to dispose the water and coffee grounds, the live porridge station could be managed better, at times, they will just offer what is already there, so why display ingredients for individual porridge servings. Restaurant managers are hands on when busy, so that’s a good motivation to their team.

Cons:

With the Harbin ice and snow festival, part of the selling point from the hotel team could be helping guests to secure the tickets locally and help book certain rides at the festival with an admin fee.

ホテルのネット予約で中国旅行は出来ない。
Pros:

朝食の種類が多かった。
ホテル内や部屋がきれいに清掃されていた。
バスタブが大きく気持ちよかった。

Cons:

朝食が日本人特に私の口に合わなかった。
トイレにウォシュレットがなかった。
日本でネット予約してキャッシュカードで支払ったが、再度窓口で宿泊料を支払った。
