This Sofitel experience is slightly different from the other Sofitel in the bigger cities, in terms of product and servi
Pros:

The concierge staff Noah was very friendly and helpful. The property is beside Wanda shopping mall with a big supermarket at B1. The front office team could do better with questions we had regarding the Accor membership program, however this could also be due to the lack of English proficiency. The guest room is dated and could be maintained better, twin rooms bathroom privacy blinds were fixed on the guest room side instead of the bathroom side. Both edge of the privacy blinds has a gap of 1 - 2cm, so you can see the person in the bathroom which is annoying if you like your privacy. The breakfast spread is adequate, however the buffet layout could be managed better, wirings are hanging off the appliances, coffee machine needs more attention from staff to dispose the water and coffee grounds, the live porridge station could be managed better, at times, they will just offer what is already there, so why display ingredients for individual porridge servings. Restaurant managers are hands on when busy, so that’s a good motivation to their team.

Cons:

With the Harbin ice and snow festival, part of the selling point from the hotel team could be helping guests to secure the tickets locally and help book certain rides at the festival with an admin fee.

ホテルのネット予約で中国旅行は出来ない。
Pros:

朝食の種類が多かった。
ホテル内や部屋がきれいに清掃されていた。
バスタブが大きく気持ちよかった。

Cons:

朝食が日本人特に私の口に合わなかった。
トイレにウォシュレットがなかった。
日本でネット予約してキャッシュカードで支払ったが、再度窓口で宿泊料を支払った。

Good but not 5 stars
Pros:

The staff were friendly and it was comfortable. Rooms were large and spacious. The breakfast buffet was excellent.

Cons:

It was quite run down for the price. There was a leak in the bathroom and the room could’ve been cleaner. We found a cigarette box under the bed.

bonne étape à Harbin, mais coté "étoiles" de l'hôtel, un rafraichissement des normes serait bon.
Pros:

Bonne localisation, à proximité de la tour TV et à 1 minute d'un grand mall. Excellente literie douilette et confortable.

Cons:

Le wifi : obligé de faire venir une personne de l'hôtel pour le mettre en route (après, ce sont aussi les restrictions chinoises qui peuvent être aussi impliquées), les prises de courant (format européen) avaient du mal à fonctionner ici ; il vaut mieux prévoir un adaptateur, car les prises usb de chargeurs sont lentes. Le mini frigo était étrangement verrouillé, après vu le froid extérieur, il suffit de mettre ses courses entre les 2 fenêtres pour les garder au frais.

Pros:

Отличный отель, большой, красивый, в номере чисто. Спросил на лобби, где можно купить сим-карту, девушка с рецепшена, показала где салон связи, пошла со мной, помогла купить и оформить, за что отдельное ей большое спасибо. К сожалению не запомнил ее имени. Рекомендую.
