Staff are very helpful.

Cons:

The breakfast wasn’t the best. There was a lot of cakes and sweet options. There could have been more fresh fruit

Excellent service et personnel également, discret , disponible et très accueillant
Le lieu offre une vue imprenable, il est loin du bruit sans être trop loin du centre 20 mn de marche environ en montée mais c'est très beau
Accès à la mer agréable aussi
Très bonne cuisine
Très propre
Louer un scooter pour visiter Ischia .
Les gens sont très gentils et il y a des petits villages typiques ...des lieux de baignades insolites, n'hésiter pas à vous perdre !

A welcome ending to our Italy vacation. Best unexpected surprise of our trip. This hotel is a gem!
Pros:

Excellent location, two stops on the bus line right out front. Beautiful sea views , quiet and serene. 15 min walk to ischia port. The included thermal pools outstanding . Best meal we had in Italy at the restaurant. Excellent breakfast buffet, lots of choices and helpful and friendly staff.

Cons:

Had to leave😩 . Will definitely return and spend more time to explore the island.

Amazing relaxing honeymoon and beautiful beach
Pros:

We had a great time here for our honeymoon. Highlights are the lovely staff, views, and best of all the beautiful beach deck, the water is truly amazing!!

The rooms are very comfortable and the hotel also has a short 5 minute shuttle ride that goes to and from ischia town a few times a day which was convenient. We would take the shuttle into town for dinner and walk back in the evening. I would definitely stay here again!

What I liked most was the discreet friendliness of the staff. As an example, I would mention our wish for sparkling wine from a very specific region of Italy, which they did not have at the bar. The friendly waiter assured us they would try to get it, and by the evening they already had it.
Perhaps a small detail, but one that shows a truly excellent attitude toward their guests. I genuinely recommend this hotel.
