I like the junior suite.They make us an update and give us a junior suite.The lady from the reception was very kind.
The breakfast was same every day
Loved the size of the room, the location and vista, the beach pontoon,, pool, spa, exceptional restaurant, firm mattress,helpful staff
Furniture in the suite was incredibly old. Curtains had holes in them - it’s been a while since there has been an upgrade.

We loved the position..the property is absolutely beautiful and clean and Gaspare the host was very accommodating and nice. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone who is looking to book somewhere in San Vito Lo Capo

The jetty is 300 steps down (I counted) but worth it. The views are amazing.
We were not told that the water in our fridge was not complimentary. No price list and no information on arrival. Ended up with a €30 fee water.
Original room had no balcony and we had to move rooms the following day.
Cleaner often did bare minimal.
L'emplacement près de ischia porto pour les trajets en ferry. La tranquillité de l'hôtel. La chambre vue mer très spacieuse. Le petit déjeuner excellent et varié. Restaurant tres bon. Le personnel très sympathique. Cocktail de bienvenue. La vue . La proximité des bus ( a 50m de l'entrée dans les 2 sens.
4étoiles limite : Pas de body lotion avec la douche et le shampooing, petite télé accrochée au mur de travers, joints de carrelage pas très bien nettoyés ( douche et piscine intérieure), pas de balance de pesée de bagages en fin de séjour, très peu de navettes gratuites dans la journée , deco un peu désuète mais qui a toutefois son charme

La localisation, l’accès à la plage et la piscine. La nourriture est correcte même si les tarifs du restaurant sont un peu élevés pour la qualité et le menu ne varie pas
La qualité du service est décevante : une journée il n’y avait plus de serviettes de plages, la navette pour le port etait généralement indisponible et le personnel pas du tout accueillant
Loved the location and the views. Stayed in a sea view room and had a balcony with table and chairs. Pool was lovely and warm, breakfast was plentiful good quality and large variety. Everyone was very friendly. We used the bus to travel around the island and the stop was just outside the hotel. Buses were easy to use and fantastic value 5 euro for a day ticket.
If you have mobility issues there are steps around the property. Bathroom was a little small.
