Lovely, welcoming stay in quiet, comfortable accomodation, highly recommended.
Pros:

What a Lovely place, a good quiet and spacious room with fridge, fan and sofa bed. The shower was hot, there were grab handles which are essential. It had an 80s/90s vibe, but was all clean and well kept, everything worked. The hotel staff kept asking if i needed anything.
The restaurant next door has an outstanding food which i would highly recommend, all the staff there were friendly and approachable.
Parking was spacious and bonus points for having shady spots if you need to leave your car for longer. It is a little out of town, but not by much, so you need to be a bit self-sufficient (eg for breakfast). However, it was a 12 minute drive to Market Harborough which has lovely shops and cafes.
It was a last minute booking, so this was good value for money and better than i expected.

Cons:

A few minor things like the shower tap needing replacement and a slight confusion with plug points which meant i turned off the fridge instead of the kettle meant the food was room temperature for the whole day.

A convenient and comfortable stay for our annual two days visit for the Naseby Antique Fair.
Pros:

Spacious and well equipped room as per our previous stays. The refrigerator in the room is a real asset and so useful to keep water and medications cool during a very hot period.

Cons:

A lack of room tidy up and bed making service very disappointing.

Think twice about staying here !!
Pros:

I liked that it had a kettle and free teabags , that's about it !!

Cons:

On arrival at 11.05pm , we were greeted by an Indian man, receptionist, very hostile, we had arrived in a HGV , only 3 cars in the carpark when we arrived, At reception he was very rude and was saying NO HGV's .. at one point I though we were going to loose or room, APPARENTLY it said in the booking confirmation that NO HGS's are allowed but it DEFINITELY doesn't!! He was quite rude, also asked for a bottle of beer and was told NO, no reason given, just NO. he gave us our key card and sent us on our way..

- Beds were horribly hard with the pillows being thee worst I've ever used.
- On turning in the shower following morning, for about 10seconds nothing but dirty water came from the shower head.
- On exiting the "hotel" we were met with a nice lady, we spoke with her and was also told by her that NO HGV's were allowed and to look at the booking, IT DEFINITELY doesn't say, she said if we would have been there earlier we would have been refused entry.
