Le manque d’isolation
Pas de parking disponible malgres que ce soit marquer dans l’annonce
Pas de clim lors du sejour il faisait une chaleur ettoufante dans la chambre le personnel nous fourni un ventilateur defecteux
Manque de disponibilite ( pas de papier toilette ni eau en periode de canicule 35 degres )
Fenetre face au lit manque d’intimite avec la chaleur impossible d’ouvrir la fentre
Personnel qui lis mon mail de reclamation a l’accueil et indique je cite < un remboursement elle a craquer celle la >
Aucun geste commerciale n’a ete fait et en plus il ne reponde pas a mon mail de reclamation jai passer un sejour desagreable ( nuit blanche a cause de la chaleur )
aucune solution n’a ete proposer de leur part.
Comment explique ton quil fasse plus frais a l’accueil que dans les chambres ? Au vu du prix du sejour
Apres 7h de route lors que l’on paye un hotel on s’attend a un minimum de confort et de repos

Convenient location
Pros:

I chose this aparthotel due to a closure of an airport train line on that weekend. So, I took a bus No 9517 to the airport instead. The aparthotel is conveniently located near 2 different metro lines. Receptionist was very friendly and explained everything. I did not like the fact about 200 euro deposit, but I read about that in terms in Booking.com and I received a message from the hotel via Booking reminding once more, so no surprises. I did get the deposit back after a week. I liked the room size and the bed was comfy. There was a noise from the street with opened window, but it was sealed very good - no noise in the room when window was closed, so I was very happy about that. Good shower with main toiletries (soap, shampoo / shower gel). I only used a fridge and a kettle in the kitchenette, and they worked well.

Cons:

There was no shelf in the bathroom in the shower area for my own toiletries.

Goede locatie
Pros:

Locatie van het hotel was geweldig. Twee metrostations op loopafstand en snel naar het centrum van de stad. Schoonmaak personeel was vriendelijk.

Cons:

Parkeren was niet mogelijk, ondanks mijn aanvraag. Parkeren op straat was erg duur. De kamers waren erg warm en luidruchtig.

Pas d’avis, je n’y retournerai pas
Pros:

Bien dans l’ensemble juste le ventilateur qui ne fonctionnait pas correctement. Le professionnalisme de la réceptionniste à l’arrivée. La gouvernante qui a été très professionnel et merci à la femme de ménage d’avoir fait le nécessaire.

Cons:

Le professionnalisme de certaines personnes. Notamment la réceptionniste lorsque je lui ai parlé du ventilateur qui ne fonctionnait pas et lors de la sortie.
