Unser Aufenthalt im Al Bahara Resort war von Anfang bis Ende ein echtes Highlight und hat unsere Erwartungen weit übertroffen. Schon beim Check-in wurden wir herzlich empfangen und hatten sofort das Gefühl, willkommen zu sein. Besonders erwähnen möchte ich Luka, der sich mit außergewöhnlichem Engagement um uns gekümmert hat. Als unser Gepäck zunächst nicht mit uns angekommen war, stand er uns jederzeit unterstützend zur Seite und sorgte mit seiner ruhigen und freundlichen Art dafür, dass wir uns trotz der Umstände keine Sorgen machen mussten.

Ein weiteres Beispiel für den großartigen Service: Als meiner Freundin die Schlapfen kaputtgingen, kümmerte sich das Team sofort darum, diese zu reparieren – schnell, hilfsbereit und mit einem Lächeln. Solche kleinen Gesten machen den großen Unterschied und zeigen, mit wie viel Herz hier gearbeitet wird.

Auch die Zimmer waren ein Traum: Jeden Tag wurden sie makellos gereinigt und mit viel Liebe dekoriert. Die kunstvollen Handtuchfiguren und kleinen Details haben uns täglich aufs Neue überrascht und begeistert. Man spürt einfach, dass hier viel Wert darauf gelegt wird, den Gästen nicht nur Komfort, sondern auch ein besonderes Gefühl von Geborgenheit zu schenken.

Das kulinarische Angebot war ebenfalls hervorragend – abwechslungsreich, frisch und sehr hochwertig. Jeder Wunsch wurde gerne erfüllt, und auch im Restaurantbereich war das Personal aufmerksam, freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Alles in allem ein Ort wo man gerne wieder hinkomm

Hotel was empty when arrived which was concerning. Staff friendly restaurant was very good. Not very convenient if you don’t have your own transportation.

Staff attentive to customer needs, spacious rooms and incredible cleanliness. smells everywhere. the waterfalls are my favorite place where I found relaxation and beauty of the surrounding area

Πολύ εξυπηρετικοί και φιλικοί όλοι. Το ξενοδοχείο πολύ μεγάλο σε έκταση, καθαρό, με αυλές και πάρκο για βόλτα. Η πισίνα εξαιρετική και εστιατόριο για φαγητό (περίπου 50+ € ανά άτομο). Το μόνο πρόβλημα για μας ήταν ό,τι το δωμάτιο δεν είχε μπαλκόνι αλλά παράθυρο και το ψυγείο δεν έκανε καλή ψύξη. Για να πας στο κέντρο του Παλέρμο καλυτερα να έχεις δικό σου όχημα.

A GEM in Palermo!!!! Safe gated parking… Wonderful menu at the restaurant on site and the staff could not have been more helpful. In fact, we met the owner who was welcoming and extremely gracious. Compared to the hotels in Palermo Center, this is truly the best option outside of the center. WE WILL RETURN.

wonderful even the trip didn't last long and everything was fantastic the staff the food and above all the relaxation of the swimming pools it seems like being in a tropical climate considering that it is only 10 minutes from the beloved and crowded Palermo I recommend you go there if you need to spend days different in complete serenity and relaxation

Booked a week - left after 1 day. Really poor condition. 1st pool really dirty. 2nd pool and area under construction. No meny in the RESTAURANT - showed us the chefs handwritten note from the kitchen without prices and no drinks. No pool bar open, spa closed, paddle court out of order. More or less empty for guest. Tables falling apart at breakfast restaurant. A waiter that wrote sorry via Google translate that she never tried to serve breakfast before and therefore didn't know what to do.
Rooms really outdated.

Hotels.com were nice and helped us with a new hotel next morning. Really happy for their help.

Do not book. This hotel does not align with the photos - it is very cheap materials and construction. My husband was locked in the bathroom for almost an hour, the elevator broke, and the front door to our room wouldn’t close. We stayed only one night of the 5 we booked and they told us that these issues with the space were our fault and refuse to refund our cancelled nights. Just don’t even book it
