Nice room - clean - nice staff - little far from the metro but manageable

Property was perfect.. convenient and access to everything... Highly recommended

Very loud despite getting a “soundproof” room. Overall was pretty clean but lots of cracks and signs of damage in walls and tiles that need repair. Seemed like some areas were still under construction. Very dark hallways which are kinda creepy.

Really amazing hotel. We stayed on the 8th floor and there was a fantastic view of the city. We were very pleased with the overall stay and breakfast was lovely.

One of the best hotels in Valencia. It is amazing in every way. The staff are very polite and always ready to help, the breakfast is amazing with so many things to choose from. The room is very clean.

I stayed for five nights and needed an iron, but I was told I had to pay to have it sent to my room. This was the first time a hotel didn't offer to bring the iron to me; instead, they asked for payment. I didn't request the service—my goal was to iron my own shirt during my five-day stay. Very disappointed.

Rooms are so outdated horrible

Day one when we checked in they allocated a room which was not cleaned at all, we saw a bug in shower and pathetic, even-though after long day we wanted to rest, had to deal with this. And the shower was wide open, bathroom almost flooding when you take shower. Personally I don’t recommend this hotel for stay, even though it is one of the high end.

Nice hotel with a decent breakfast buffet. It was quite noisy as the hotel was decorating bedrooms. Bus stop outside the hotel to take you into town or the beach. Convenient shopping centre under the hotel.

I'm giving the Hotel a 2 Star review because of how hard their staff worked to make things right, otherwise it would be a 1 Star review.

The checkout process was somewhat problematic because apparently Hotel policy was to collect contact information for EVERY adult checking in, why couldn't the adult that made the reservation be enough? They insisted on emails and phone numbers for everyone.

The Hotel had AC maintenance issues and members of our party had to move twice because the AC in their room didn't work. The 1st room would be set at 18°C but would only cool down to 25, which is not cold at all. The 2nd room was worse, finally the 3rd one was cool enough to enjoy our last night there. I was told their AC guy only worked during the day so if any AC came up after duty hours could not be resolved until the next day. Apparently the Hotel doesn't have shift workers for their AC maintenance team. We were not the only guests having issues with AC either, I heard a few others complaining about it.

The Hotel also did not provide an iron for guests, instead pointing out that they had laundry service, which is quite pricey in my opinion. I've traveled to 5 continents, 43 countries total and this is the 1st time I've ever stayed in a Hotel that did not provide an iron.

It's a shame we had such a bad experience, but I don't blame the staff because they really did try their best but greedy owners or incompetent management make it hard for them.

Great hotel - highly recommemd

Very nice hotel. Breakfast buffet is worth the price. Lots and lots of options. The hardest thing is to find the entrance to the hotel, to the parking garage, and from the parking garage back to the hotel (there's only one elevator that goes there among the sea of elevators). We spent too much time frustrated walking around the garage. There's a huge mall next door and the hotel uses one floor of their parking garage.
Hotel is a short waking distance from a bunch of restaurants. Reservations are necessary if you want to sit inside where it's air conditioned, even on a weekday.

I have been staying at this hotel for many years and even though I love the location I think this time I was not impressed with the condition of the rooms, but overall is in a great location.

It’s close to aqua park

It's a well located property with all you need right on your doorstep. Spacious rooms and good housekeeping. I've stayed before and enjoyed it however won't be back after this experience. The breakfast area was far too overcrowded on the weekend mornings. The male in charge asked me a question on my third morning there. I'm hard of hearing and not Spanish so didn't pick up that he was asking what hotel I was staying in? When my wife went to intervene he put his hand up and loudly said "enough". In no way was his response professional and was in fact offensive. It turned out that the breakfast area was being used by both the illunion 3 and illunion 4 hotels ( I'm not sure if this was a regular occurrence) The outcome was that the staff were overwhelmed and under stress with the buffet food and drinks not being replenished.
