Nice, warm pool. Nice rooms. Beautiful view of the river. Staff seemed stressed and over-worked. They acted as if answering simple questions or assisting with simple requests, like taking a food order at the bar and helping us get our tv working, was a major inconvenience. Very crabby and shouldn't take it out on guests.

We’ll be back if we need to stay in the area. The hotel is showing its age, our room wasn’t cleaned that well but I didn’t complain (the bed and toilet were clean, that’s the most important to me), The staff (which were friendly when we dealt with them) seemed to be running on a thin crew (like everyone else). We were in the area for a wedding and this hotel was super convenient for that.

The location was great. Had a lake view room and was able to watch the sunrise. The pool and hot tub were clean and warm. The staff were friendly, allowing us us of the lake side bbq. Rooms were updated and clean.

I booked this hotel on a whim for a weekend trip and the Saint Croix Inn was an unexpected surprise. The staff were very welcoming and kind. Megan got us checked in quickly and gave us the low down on the lounge and pool hours. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The inn sits right on the shores of the lake and offers complimentary water toys. There are plenty of spaces to sit and enjoy the view. We loved hanging out on the deck.

There is a bar/lounge on site offering a full bar and limited food menu. Again Megan was amazing, she was so personable and took good care of everyone. I’m pretty sure no one went thirsty during our stay. The food and drinks were really good.

We loved our stay so much we are already thinking about planning another stay.

Clean rooms, but needed to be updated. The staff was very friendly. They did a very nice common area indoors and outdoors, if you needed to unwind after driving.

The staff are friendly and the rooms are clean, but the building and rooms are in need of upgrading.

This was a last minute stay on a long journey home. Was looking for a place within a certain timeframe. Was the only hotel we could find available. It’s more for fishing or hunting travelers. Was OK.

Free use of paddle boards, kayaks and canoe! Lovely walking trails in Lucius woods just off the ATV trail a block from the Inn! Amazing little gift shop with yarn, fabric, lovely gifts with fantastic home baked treats in the coffe shop portion of the store.

Great room with balcony overlooking the lake, very quiet and drapes kept room dark for sleeping!

Property has a great view! Some updates have been done, but many more are needed.

Great that it’s right on the lake - beautiful view.
Room was remodeled but not completely. Maybe there are plans to finish with new vanities and bathroom mirror ? Parking was convenient. Restaurant and bar onsite which is always a perk but I didn’t use either.

Neighbors in next room were VERY loud at night and up at 5:30 am talking loudly again. Guess I would recommend if hotel isn’t full, don’t put guests right next to each other to avoid this.

The room was lovely, the view was lovely; however, there was some kind of a party and it was very loud until around 3am. Earplugs did not help.

Beautiful water view, walking distance to beach, live music and playground. Staff were all very helpful and friendly! Pizza was delicious at the motel.
