Cons:

We booked for 3. But the room catered for two. Towels, glasses etc.
When we checked out the next day we realised there were extra towels near reception, but we didn't know that until too late.

Good value, great for a one night stay en route to the Great Ocean Road.
Pros:

Very clean, comfortable and well maintained. We booked the family room for 4 of us. Two adults and two teenagers. One of the kids slept in the single bed, one on the sofa bed (which he said was very comfortable).

Cons:

Didn't have enough large towels provided and when we went to get more there was no staff on duty. Small towels were provided in the reception area however.

Fabulous family accommodation in Portland
Pros:

Clean, tidy and very spacious accommodation close to the town centre. Friendly attendant on arrival. Great for our family holiday!
