Alisee was great with her email correspondence. She counterbalanced the rest of the team who was smiley but more reactive.

Cons:

The first room was dusty on the surfaces and baseboards. The second room had dust between the rugs of the parquet floor and you could feel the gap between the two twin beds; although the bed had been prepared as a king.

Un des plus beaux hôtels dans lesquels nous ayons séjourné. Une décoration exquise sans ostentation. Un personnel attentionné. Un emplacement parfait dans la vieille ville. Pour les propriétaires d animaux, des attentions charmantes avec paniers et jouets.

Cons:

Pour les conducteurs, prudence : la vieille ville de Tallin est extrêmement complexe à naviguer et on ne peut pas compter sur Google maps. Pensez aussi a réserver une place de parking à l hôtel

L emplacement de l hôtel est très bien, le personnel super, on a très bien mangé au restaurant.

Cons:

La tuyauterie de la douche / baignoire devrait être revisee et debouchee. Le petit déjeuner manquait de fraîcheur. Ce dernier est dommage pour un 5 étoiles lorsque le souper est aussi bon.

Nice hotel, great location, friendly staff
Pros:

Great location. Front desk staff were friendly but not as experienced as in some hotels.

Cons:

Some of the staff at breakfast looked a little lost! I think they lacked experience compared to some hotels we stayed in on our short baltic visit. They were nice but lacked presence.
