Pros:

L emplacement de l hôtel est très bien, le personnel super, on a très bien mangé au restaurant.

Cons:

La tuyauterie de la douche / baignoire devrait être revisee et debouchee. Le petit déjeuner manquait de fraîcheur. Ce dernier est dommage pour un 5 étoiles lorsque le souper est aussi bon.

Nice hotel, great location, friendly staff
Pros:

Great location. Front desk staff were friendly but not as experienced as in some hotels.

Cons:

Some of the staff at breakfast looked a little lost! I think they lacked experience compared to some hotels we stayed in on our short baltic visit. They were nice but lacked presence.
