We actually live in Tallinn, but this hotel feels like a true getaway from everyday routine. Why fly somewhere far away when you have such a paradise right here in your own city? Everything was wonderful – the atmosphere, comfort and service. We are always very happy staying here and keep coming back. And the breakfast… simply divine.

bathroom: shower was not comfortable, washing products anchored to the walls, overall very tiny/
room: very tiny for the category
drycleaning: I got there around midnight and had a meeting the moring after. asked if they could take care of ironing my suit and my clothes by the following day around lunchtime. they agreed. the following day my garments were returned washed and not ironed, and washed in such way that all clothes shrunlk by one size and were full of wrinkles: had to throw them away. Not the service one would expect from a five stars hotel
The room was superb it was clean, comfy and beautifuly decorated. The spa was great and very relaxing, while not being crowded. The location is also perfect, we will definitely stay here again if we are to return to Tallinn.
