The room was superb it was clean, comfy and beautifuly decorated. The spa was great and very relaxing, while not being crowded. The location is also perfect, we will definitely stay here again if we are to return to Tallinn.
Excellent location which was convenient for walking around all of the old town. Very attentive and helpful staff and the hotel provided wonderful breakfast with a wide range of choice in a comfortable dining room.
We were overlooking the main street which was a little noisy at night, largely owing to the snow scrapers.

The hotel stay was far from satisfactory. On the day we arrived, a used condom wrapper was found on the room floor. Because the hotel was fully booked, we could not be moved to another room of a similar standard, so within 24 hours we ended up changing rooms three times. In most hotels, a situation like this would at least result in an apology note and a small gesture of goodwill the next day, but here there was no reaction at all. The cleaning quality was rather poor as well. On the following days, we had to ask directly for more shampoo in the bathroom after it had run out. The only positive in this regard was that the towels were indeed changed every day.
The hotel breakfast was a complete disaster. There were far too few seats for the number of guests, and to make matters worse, the main restaurant was closed. Some guests had to eat breakfast in the lobby at low coffee tables, while others were left waiting for a free spot. Glasses were missing for most of the meal and were brought out only towards the end of our breakfast. The buffet itself was mediocre in both variety and quality. On the positive side, there was nothing to complain about when it came to the pool and the pool staff, although the pool will be too small if guest numbers increase. The bar service was impeccable, and the cocktails were tasty and well prepared. Most of the staff were friendly and seemed to be working at full capacity, but there are clearly not enough of them. Overall, the main issues seem to stem from poor management and a lack of interest in guests’ complaints.
Majoituspaikkana oikein idyllinen ja ihana! Mukava henkilökunta. Rauhallinen hotelli todella hyvällä sijainnilla, kävelymatkan päässä useita hyviä ravintoloita. Spa erittäin ihastuttava.
Ainoana miinuksena oli, että huoneessa ei ollut kuin yhdet aamutohvelit vaikka kylpytakkeja oli kaksi. Huoneessa olleet aamutohvelit olivat myös jonkun verran pölyiset.
