General Cancellation Policy 2026:
If you cancel or modify your reservation up to 1 day before the arrival date, no charges will be applied.
If you cancel or modify the reservation later than that, 100% of the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the full stay will be charged.
Except for the dates from 27/03/2026 to 04/04/2026 and from 17/04/2026 to 25/04/2026, for which the following policy applies:

My stay at the Derby Sevilla hotel was fantastic; it’s a very welcoming hotel. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful.
The hotel is very well located in a quiet area and quite close to iconic landmarks such as the Plaza de España.
It’s an excellent hotel to stay in, whether you’re travelling alone or with family or friends.
The room is very comfortable and everything is spotlessly clean.
Keep up the good work. I’ll definitely choose the Derby Hotel again on my next trip to Seville.
Hôtel très bien situé, donnant sur la place, mais très bien insonorisé. Chambre spacieuse, bon confort, personnel efficace et très agréable. Parking à 100m.

La ubicación
Ruido permanente y oscilante de un equipo (máquina) ,similar al ruido a motor que toma carga y descarga la presión de un sistema. El personal del hotel desconoció el origen, y simuló no tener la suficiente audición. Ante la insistencia, nos cambiaron a una zona donde se escuchaba menos.
Posizione molto comoda per raggiungere a piedi molte opere tra cui cattedrale, Alcaraz, università, piazza de Ispana, fiume, mercato alimentate ecc.
Un po’ rumorosa quando vengono chiuse le porte delle camere
Posizione ideale dell'Hotel Derby per raggiungere i luoghi più interessanti ed utili sia a piedi che tramite i mezzi pubblici. Stanza abbastanza confertevole e personale della struttura cordiale e disponibile. C'è il bidet!
Una presa elettrica e usb non funzionante, sarebbe stato meglio anche un attaccapanni in stanza, una sedia in più ed non la poltroncina ingombrante. Lavandino piccolo. Rumori dalle altre stanze (tipo forte scatto), quando aprivano/chiudevano le porte.

Breakfast wasn't early enough
Location was excellent, everything was in walking distance.
Great location, and very clean hotel.
We were in a room that had a window looking at a light well, therefore the room was very dark. Our room was also behind the lift so we would hear the noise from the lift all night. In general the sound insulation was non existent. We were there for a short stay, with a packed schedule so we couldn’t switch rooms easily. I think it should be clear what room you are getting, as I don’t think our room was worth the price we paid.
