If you cancel or modify your reservation up to 1 day before the arrival date, no charges will be applied.
If you cancel or modify the reservation later than that, 100% of the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the full stay will be charged.

La habitación y las instalaciones. La ubicación
La posizione ottima permette di raggiungere in pochi minuti a piedi i monumenti principali. E di godersi il centro città!!
L insonorizzazione delle camere non è il massimo, si sentono tutti i rumori dalle camere vicine. Il servizio di pulizia delle stanze viene effettuato troppo tardi la mattina!!! Tornando in camera alle 13:30 i letti ancora non erano stati rifatti!!! In tre giorni la stanza ci è stata sistemata una sola volta.

Good location just outside city centre. Taxi stand just outside. Ideal location for those who enjoy some shopping. Nice roof terrace for breakfast. Very large (wide) bed.
Room had window to small inner space, so effectively no view. Blinds were closed because of bright sun anyway.
There didn't seem to be public transport nearby, to consider as main attractions are on other side of city centre.
There are a few steps at the entrance.
Bed is not for tall people, though they could try sleeping on it sideways.

Nice and attentive staff. Large room. The elevator was always available. Location is near to the agitated downtown area but out of it. In addition, it allows the exploration of other more quiet and also interesting neighborhoods.
Pricey breakfast for what it is, you can get better and cheaper on the street.

Al check in ho chiesto informazioni a Miguel per il garage, mi è stata data la posizione ma non il qcode per l'ingresso pur avendo già pagato. Sono dovuto tornare all'albergo una seconda volta per avere il qcode.Stanza molto rumorosa sia la notte che il giorno durante le pulizie (pur avendone richiesta una tranquilla). Su tre notti due passate in bianco. Camera piccola ma pulita Colazione sufficiente. Rapporto qualità prezzo non buona. Ho soggiornato, durante questo tour, per adesso in 5 hotel e questo è il più caro e sicuramente il peggiore per qualità-prezzo
