Spacious hotel room & great location with value price - Recommended
Pros:

I have booked 3 rooms, all the rooms are spacious for 2 pax. The A/C in our room was cold enough and the TV is working well. The location is perfect, there are shopping mall and restaurants nearby. And it is only few mins walking distance to the main street.
The receptionists were friendly and helpful. She guided me to go to the parking garage nearby.
The parking garage is just few mins walking distance, thus it is still bearable

Cons:

The TV in another double bed room (room no. 202, i think) wasn't working, luckily we have 3 rooms thus we can watch the World Cup Semi Finals in another room.
The 3 beds room wasn't that spacious as double bed rooms, and the A/C is not cool enough. The double bed area was feeling warm.
The room that we stayed (room no 201?) was a corner room, thus the toilet layout is a bit odd. Other than that, our room was ok, everything working fine.

Boa e possivelmente a voltar tirando o barulho indicado sobretudo durante o período noturno
Pros:

Localização, limpeza, atendimento e bom pequeno almoço. Parqueamento a 2 minutos do hotel.
Embora o quarto e casa de banho sejam pequenos, não tenho nada em contrario a assinalar.

Cons:

Desde a chegada ao hotel cerca das 18H00até sair no dia seguinte pelas 10h30 houve um barulho constante e persistente, tipo perfuração que sobretudo durante a noite é extremamente incomodativo e dificultando o descanso noturno.
Daí as minhas classificações negativas, embora considere que não existindo esta contrariedade a pontuação teria sido bastante positiva.

Pros:

Camera carina e confortevole, posizione perfetta per girare a piedi, hotel ristrutturato molto bello

Cons:

Noi avevamo anche la colazione e abbiamo sempre mangiato però la scelta era un po’ poca, per l’hotel che è forse dovrebbe investire un po sulla colazione.

Prima hotel voor een stedentrip Sevilla, lekker dicht in het centrum
Pros:

Ligging in het centrum is ideaal. Hotel zelf is erg netjes en schoon. Kamer was prima voor een nacht verblijven met ons gezin van 3. Prima hotel voor een stedentrip Sevilla! Handig ook de parkeergarage voor de deur! Je kunt hier je auto voor je gehele verblijf parkeren

Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Derby Sevilla. The hotel has an excellent location, close to shops, restaurants and the main attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Seville.
