The shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel and back has the following departure times:
Departure from the hotel: From 05:05 to 10:20 and from 16:35 to 23:20, every 45 minutes.
Departure from the airport: From 05:15 to 10:30 and from 16:45 to 23:30, every 45 minutes.
The stop at the airport: Terminal 1, Arrivals Hall B, Exit 5.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Pros:

For the people going to the airport location is great. Food was great and it was an easy to get to location with no difficulties

Pros:

お部屋はとても静かで清潔で、快適に過ごすことができました。男性のフロント係さんがとても親切で好印象でした。

22時前、フランクフルト空港の指定された場所で15分ほどバスを待っていました。その場所は多くの空港シャトルが停車する番号の一つ隣の停留所でした。ホテルに電話したところ、「2分前に発車した」とのことでした。

あくまで推測ですが、夜間で車が少なかったため、多くのシャトルが停まる隣の番号の停留所もしくはその間に停車した可能性があるのではないかと思います。原因は分かりませんが、シャトルは45分に1本の運行とのことですので、ご利用の際はご注意ください。最終的にはUberを利用し、料金は16ユーロほどでした。

Perfect hotel for last night in Japan
Pros:

Hotel was located very close to the airport, free shuttle bus to the terminals. Big room, convenience store in the hotel with possibility to buy last souvenirs, snack and dinner. Very nice airport hotel!
