My home away from home
Pros:

The location of Conrad was absolutely amazing. It’s literally right next to the flagship stores and there’s a massive department store too so super convenient.
The staff were amazing. It really made the property better.
I’ve definitely been a newer builds, but because of staff were impeccable, everything was such a breeze. I really felt accepted like a family. It was really great.
Even the doorman poster man was so helpful everything was done. I didn’t have to think about anything.
My housekeeper was Ellen. She was so friendly and really recommended me things to do around Shanghai.
The breakfast selection is insane. There’s so much and there is something for everyone
I can’t wait and wish to stay again

Overall, our stay was wonderful! Next time we are planning a trip to Shanghai we will definitely stay at Conrad Hotel!

The location was great, staff were nice. The breakfast was so delicious. The room was clean and the bathroom was clean as well. Everything in the room was working very well. The staff were very helpful! Staff were very helpful with transfer! We really appreciate Julia, Colin and other staff!

Cons:

We came to Shanghai very early in the morning, and the check-in was as 15:00, the hotel gave as the room at around 15:30, we were okay and understanding with it since there were a lot of people. However they said that there will be an upgrade for us, when we came to the upgraded room, it really didn’t seem like an upgrade. The room interior was dark ( we booked a nice bright room), and the smell was not good. But we talked with a staff and they gave us a nice bigger room! So it was very nice. Other than that we have no complaints.

I had an absolutely perfect stay at Conrad Shanghai. Everything exceeded my expectations from the comfort of the room to the overall atmosphere of the hotel. The level of professionalism and attention to detail was outstanding.

I would especially like to recognize Kylie, Julia, Camille, Lily, Quain G, and Diana. Their service was exceptional warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. They made me feel truly welcome and ensured that every part of my stay was smooth and enjoyable.

It’s rare to experience such consistency in service across an entire team. Thank you for making my stay memorable. I will definitely return and highly recommend Conrad Shanghai to my friends.

Pros:

Расположение отеля превосходное с шикарным видом, метро рядом, номер уютный, окна в пол, даже есть меню подушек. Очень приветливые девушки хостес: Ivy, Quain, Echo. От отеля были приятные комплименты. Ребенку подарили резиновую уточку, мишку и сладкие подарки. Кровати удобные и мягкие. В отели все говорят на английском.

Cons:

Нам все понравилось. Но когда мы приехали, закрыли спа. Это на оценку не повлияет. Только один ресторан работает до 1-00, с урезанным меню и бар, в котором очень накурено.

Slightly better than the first 2 stays in the same trip
Cons:

Despite the very convenient location and impressive exterior at the lobby, the overall stay was still disappointing. I stayed here, left for one of the hotels around Disneyland, returned again, then left for Hangzhou and came back once more during the same trip. The rooms were in slightly better condition than my previous stays, but there were still visible stains and dirt in the toilet area and parts of the room.

Given the brand and expectations of a Conrad property, the maintenance standards should be much higher.

A security deposit was received and has not yet been refunded. Additional services were added to the invoice but were not used. I do not recommend this as there is no clarity regarding this matter, and the security deposit is higher than the accommodation fee.
