Amazing experience during the stay. Poor after-sales service!
Pros:

Location is very central, this is my favourite part.

My next favourite thing is we got our room upgraded to a Suite even though we only booked a Premium room, so we appreciate the kindness of the hotel.

Room service is great, twice a day our room is cleaned and we don’t even need to request it.

Breakfast was okay, could be better for the price.

Cons:

Kept spamming my email after the stay to review the hotel. Well, here I am reviewing it and downgrading 2 points because it’s quite inconsiderate, even after I requested to unsubscribe. You should know through common sense that your customers don’t want to be bombarded with continuous emails demanding a review.

Amazing staff and good location
Pros:

Staff were amazing. So attentive. Really five star service. Location is great for sightseeing. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was quite extensive.

Cons:

Rooms could use some renovation. Room design was dated and lots of wasted space. WiFi was so slow.

Pros:

I wish to thank you Lily from the reception and to the very funny, but always professional, Rosemary (by the elevator. Gym very big and full of light. Breakfast was super! Position is perfect for living the city center!

Cons:

The hotel is good, but the differente spaces are spreaded out all around the building.

Excellent hotel in an excellent location
Pros:

Elevator staff were exceptional as were other staff members we interacted with. Breakfast was a great selection and good quality, rooms were clean and comfortable, bed was excellent- great charging points in room. Spa was nice but very expensive considering other options. Door staff great, excellent location.

Cons:

bathroom design is a bit odd, but its not a massive issue, I also didn't like that there was not full separation between bedroom and the glass doors for the toilet and bathroom- but thats just design.
