One of the best Shanghai View, Amazing Location, good staff
Pros:

The location and the view from the room. If you want the best Shanghai view you can get it from some of the rooms here.

We were staying at the suite with bund view and the view from the bath area was amazing.

The city view from room was amazing too.

Besides the hotel is right at nanjing street with a straight walk towards the bund.

The best of what you can get in Shanghai.

All major attractions nearby.

Breakfast was good. Especially Pravin, who was looking after the Indian section took good care of our vegetarian needs. The spread was decent.

Cons:

The rooms looked slightly dated. The key card tap block fell off once we were leaving the room. Imagine that happening at a five star suite and that too a high floor executive suite. Cleaning of rooms could have been a little better too.

Some of the items in the breakfast felt stale. The executive lobby did not offer much. Service was good but afternoon tea and evenings drinks coild do with slightly better spread.

Pros:

Отдельное спасибо Rick и Kylie. Мы очень поздно приехали в отель Rick и Kylie очень быстро нас заселили, предоставили кровать для ребенка.
Расположение просто великолепное прямо на Nanking. Рекомендую посетить бар на 64 этаже, нам дали купоны на бесплатный коктейль, вид великолепный на весь город. Отличный спортзал и бассейн. Также нам дали купоны в ресторан на 8 этаже, там готовят шикарную утку по пекински.
Номер большой, чистый, с кофе машиной, всеми принадлежностями. Завтраки очень разнообразные и вкусные. Рекомендую.

Cons:

Отель не очень новый, но пока все нормально. Думаю через год или два года нужна реновация будет.

Pros:

The location is right next to Nanjing Road, and a few minutes walk to People’s Square Station. All the sites we wanted to go to are all within a 15 minute cab ride. Our room was upgraded from executive to king deluxe suite for free.

The staff are also very helpful, from tracking packages that were sent ahead of time, to helping us book a cab to the airport when we were really in a rush, we didn’t even have to ask, they just offered (shoutout to Dylan), to the little gifts they gave us at the end of our stay, they really made our stay easy. Thanks to the front desk staff Diana, Lily, Aya and Quain-G!

Cons:

For some reason, I couldn’t get the room heater to work.

My home away from home
Pros:

The location of Conrad was absolutely amazing. It’s literally right next to the flagship stores and there’s a massive department store too so super convenient.
The staff were amazing. It really made the property better.
I’ve definitely been a newer builds, but because of staff were impeccable, everything was such a breeze. I really felt accepted like a family. It was really great.
Even the doorman poster man was so helpful everything was done. I didn’t have to think about anything.
My housekeeper was Ellen. She was so friendly and really recommended me things to do around Shanghai.
The breakfast selection is insane. There’s so much and there is something for everyone
I can’t wait and wish to stay again

Overall, our stay was wonderful! Next time we are planning a trip to Shanghai we will definitely stay at Conrad Hotel!
Pros:

The location was great, staff were nice. The breakfast was so delicious. The room was clean and the bathroom was clean as well. Everything in the room was working very well. The staff were very helpful! Staff were very helpful with transfer! We really appreciate Julia, Colin and other staff!

Cons:

We came to Shanghai very early in the morning, and the check-in was as 15:00, the hotel gave as the room at around 15:30, we were okay and understanding with it since there were a lot of people. However they said that there will be an upgrade for us, when we came to the upgraded room, it really didn’t seem like an upgrade. The room interior was dark ( we booked a nice bright room), and the smell was not good. But we talked with a staff and they gave us a nice bigger room! So it was very nice. Other than that we have no complaints.

супер впечатления
Pros:

Расположение отеля превосходное с шикарным видом, метро рядом, номер уютный, окна в пол, даже есть меню подушек. Очень приветливые девушки хостес: Ivy, Quain, Echo. От отеля были приятные комплименты. Ребенку подарили резиновую уточку, мишку и сладкие подарки. Кровати удобные и мягкие. В отели все говорят на английском.

Cons:

Нам все понравилось. Но когда мы приехали, закрыли спа. Это на оценку не повлияет. Только один ресторан работает до 1-00, с урезанным меню и бар, в котором очень накурено.
