Convenient and quiet
Pros:

Location convenient to travel. Breakfast selection fine. Coffee good.

Location. Staff was super nice at front desk. Love the remodeling...it was much needed. Free Breakfast a positive!

Cons:

Cleaning needs improvement. Hair in shower and small hairs on sink from someone shaving. Made me worry about bed cleanliness so i bought my own stuff from Walmart across the street. Blankets/disinfectant wipes/spray. 400 for 2 nights is a bit much for Mansfield....but safest option.

A great stay!
Pros:

They provided me with hypoallergenic pillows...the only Hampton that has ever done that! The staff was outstanding- caring, polite. Breakfast was great..scones!! The "breakfast lady" was highly entertaining. She was singing and so joyful. She made my day. Thank you, Mansfield Hampton!!!

Cons:

Parking was tight.

Pleasant, easy to find, right off highway exit

Great location, amenities, rooms.

Cons:

There was an issue with check-in when we arrived. Thankfully, I had already checked in on the app, but waited for quite awhile alongside others while staff were "dealing" with internet issues. Rather than try and solve the issue, it seemed like the front desk staff were simply voicing their frustration amongst themselves and just waiting for things to resolve.
