For the most part our stay was good.
Pros:

Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Food was not ready as soon as the pans were empty. You had to wait on it till they finished cooking. Coffee was not ready in the food section. Girl working the front desk was the same girl that was working the food section . Never acknowledged us never said good morning. Rude girl. We had to wait on coffee, chorizo and egg, bread to toast, and syrup. People all touching the food with their hands. We only ate Saturday. Not Sunday to many people. Kids also touching all the food.

Very nice stay overall.
Pros:

It was very quiet and I loved that the rooms got made up and restocked every day.

Cons:

There was a chess tournament going on in the lobby Sat and Sun but we just went through the side doors to avoid the crowd.

I wanted to provide feedback on my last two stays at the Hampton Inn in Pharr, Texas.

On November 13, 2025, I stayed on night during your remodeling project. I was scheduled to leave the hotel at 500 am and was disappointed when I could get not hot water the next morning. After a cold shave and shower, I provided feedback to the front desk manager. He apologized but had no explanation.

I returned to this property on February 12, 2026, and had the same experience the next morning at 415 am. After running the water in the sink and shower for 10 minutes I had no hot water. I call the desk manager, and he advised that during the remodel project, some rooms had the cold water supply and hot water supply switched when installing the new fixtures. With this information and after running the sink and shower for another 10 minutes I was able to shave and bath.

I am shocked that a Hilton property would knowingly rent out rooms with faulty plumbing.

Fue muy desagradable estar todo el fin de semana y que la tv no funcionará, encontrar insectos en la habitación y que no limpiaran la habitación a pesar de solicitarla qué porque no tenían suficiente personal además que en el desayuno no resurtido porque precisamente solo estaba una persona cocinando

I have not received my deposits back, they said it would take 10 days and it's been more than a month.

The room was spacious clean and comfortable

Cons:

I requested a crib for my 1 year old. Because I know these type of hotels have them. I was told they didn't know if they had one and they would let me know. They never did. And I didnt sleep much trying to get the baby not to fall off the bed. If they would have set up the crib it would have been perfect.

I like the area.

Cons:

Worst ever. Room was dirty and shower was full of long hair all around. Even I have a picture of a cookie on the floor. In a 6 night stay the housekeeping never came to clean the room. I'll never stay in that hotel again. 🐷
