Everything was outstanding from service, to cleanliness, to overall experience. Our stay in the one bedroom Malibu suite was absolutely perfect! And truly the cleanest hotel I’ve ever experienced. We are now Four Season customers for life. My husband is already planning our next vacations based on the location of Four Season properties!

Run down 4 Seasons from the 80's. They even try to charge you for printing 5 pages. Terrible cooking. Worst 4 Seasons ever

Wonderful stay for Valentines long weekend. Room and view beautiful, ALL staff exceptionally gracious.

Shout out to Caroline, front desk manager, Annie at concierge desk, Jeff a great bartender and very nice and friendly guy, Jose believe it or not at ONYX restaurant who really knew his stuff. Sushi outstanding !!

Food excellent, beautiful workout facility with machines never heard of but well explained by staff.

Always spotless.

Only negative was waiter named Dillon ok, but when bill came charges us for large bottle of water we didn’t order for additional ten bucks. Could have slipped by us but wife caught it. We told him and he said ‘oh’ and took it off. Never really apologized or seemed surprised. Made us wonder. Reflected in his tip.

But a truly beautiful, indulgent trip with staff from parking attendants who treated you wonderful. Highly recommend this 5 star hotel.

This is an exceptional place! Everything about it is amazing, the services offered , the staff’s friendliness and professionalism , the pools are great , the food is excellent. We loved staying there and can’t wait to go back. This will be definitely be our go to anytime we’re in SoCal.
