Expensive £108 for a single room with no breakfast £9.50 for a 175 ml glass of wine the out side of the hotel looks run down so not good value
The shower works.
Hotel parking could only accommodate 3 to a maximum of 5 cars. The lift wasn't working. Carpet was stained with what looks like to be blood. Breakfast came with black curly hair and when I let on of the staffers know, instead of an apology, I get an excuse that it wasn't hair, that it was from the mushrooms. Last time, I check mushrooms don't have black curly hair.

The scenery, location, the friendly and helpful staff and the room was lovely and perfect for the couple days , the room was snug but perfect as a base and with the view of the sea makes it worthwhile

Central location right by the harbor, great view of the water and the Isle of Kerrera in the distance.
The outside of the building looked a fatigued, but the inside was very nice.
We managed to park in the limited car parking area in front of the hotel. We were checked in efficiently by a helpful and pleasant receptionist (nice reception area). The lift wasn’t working, so we were allocated a room on the 1st floor rather than the 4th (which I could not have managed)!!! Help was on hand to take luggage to the rooms. The compact room had a spectacular view over the harbour and bay. We were grateful for the bottled water, tea/coffee making facilities and biscuits. There was a TV and hairdryer and comfortable twin beds.
Pity the windows didn’t open, as we arrived in the midst of a heat wave and the room was extremely hot. It was a bit of a challenge to climb into the bath to have a shower but it did the job (I do prefer a walk-in shower though).
The property itself lacked parking & disabled facilities but fabulous views & staff (Glory & Dante) made everything so easy and hassle free
Dated, steps
Reception staff were friendly and professional, my room was clean and well maintained. I didn't eat or drink here so can't comment on those. Hotel is smarter on the inside than the external decoration would suggest. Location is very good.
Shower was a little small/cramped, but that's just nicking really.
Great location and friendly and helpful staff
The property is a little tired on the exterior which is a shame. The hotel is lovely inside snd has real character. The rooms are very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent.
