Great staff, great location, great breakfast. The rest not so great.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent and so was the location. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The fixtures and fittings felt cheap. The marble look wood on the walls in the bathroom. The shower wasnt easy to use and the shower head did not work properly. Being at the front of the property you could hear all the traffic outside even wirh the windows closed. The walls were very thin and you could hear people entering and leaving their rooms. Not very relaxing.

Far exceeded my expectations
Pros:

Great location, amazing views of the harbour but most importantly, spotlessly clean and incredibly nice staff from John the manager to the reception staff and even the maintenance man.

Cons:

Parking is a little bit difficult as spaces are very limited however you can’t have everything and expect a parking lot to be almost right in the city centre.

Pros:

Was near our Venue

Cons:

I paid £198 for 2 nights bed and breakfast .
My friend paid £138 for bed only for 2 nights .
She ended up with a superior room and a discount of her breakfast .
I'm so annoyed it was literally a small room with a large bed I had asked for a bath and there was only a shower
When I tried to explain why no bath and why the difference in price I was told that maybe I booked through a different source?.
Both were booked through booking.com a week apart ........
Both

Breakfast pricey.
