Basic but comfortable
Pros:

The room I had was basic but comfortable and clean. The wardrobe was rather small but just enough space for one person. Wished the windows were larger so there could be more light — they were tiny and near the ceiling, so you couldn't see the view outside. There were a few floor tiles that were loose outside the bathroom door — made me worry about tripping and falling. The shower was strong and warmed up quickly, but the shower door's rubber lining was loose so water dripped whenever the shower door was moved. The hotel was quite a distance from the nearest metro station — I would guess it was a 15-min walk, more with luggage. Overall, this hotel wasn't bad at all, and suited my budget and comfort level. I was OK with the distance from the metro, except for when it rained!

超值之廉價酒店
Pros:

酒店整體較為陳舊，但房間很整潔，基本設備齊全，十分舒適。周邊環境不錯，離静安寺地鐵站約十分鐘步程，頗為方便。以其價格而言，絕對超值。

Pros:

There was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the room. The staff said they could do nothing to stop guests from smoking inside their rooms.
