Cons:

To be informed about the breakfast at the day of checkin that it was not included. Where else I requested for the vegan menu from the beginning when I booked. This was my only disappointment.

Convenient when traveling for work
Pros:

The room size and quality of furnishing was good, though the room should be better lit. The location is just so so. There are a variety of restaurants on premises. Some of the staff, especially room service for meals, was very good.

Cons:

The service at the bar was slow.

Pleasant.
Pros:

I liked the food in the restaurant and I liked the drinks, the pool area was very pretty

Cons:

I didn’t like the fact that the balcony doors don’t close properly making it easy for lizards and mosquitoes to get into peoples rooms. I’m from England so I’m not used to reptiles running around places I stay so I wasn’t comfortable when a lizard ran around my room. My bathroom would also flood every time I showered so they clearly have a drainage problem and then if water attracts lizards it’s no wonder one found its way into my hotel room. The staff at the restaurant also weren’t the friendliest. In conclusion, I would have just expected better conditions of the rooms and bathrooms and better conduct from the staff.
