Good location and facilities

Cons:

The staff wasn’t especially friendly or attentive. The outdoor patio area was a mess - bottles and dishes left on the tables and overflowing ashtrays - and when I mentioned it they made a half hearted attempt at cleaning it.

The people at the front door pestered me about trips and going to a local tailor literally the minute I got out of the taxi.

Great service, good location.
Pros:

The location was pretty good, about 15 minutes walk to the Old Town proper.

The staff were all very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was very good.

The room was big and comfortable though the bed was quite hard. As previous reviews have said the furniture is a little dated, but that is a minor thing.

Cons:

The room was generally clean but the was a little lack of attention on some areas in the room. Especially the parts of the bathroom you could see when sitting on the lavatory.

Whilst NOT part of the hotel I would advise against using the tour operator outside the lobby. We had a bad experience with them and you are better off using Booking.com or Get Your Guide for tours.
