Pros:

The check-in process was very complicated and we waited on hold for over an hour. The service is unpleasant, the chefs in the dining room are impatient and do not respond to what is requested. The food is very average and repeats itself throughout the meals

Pros:

We went only for a night, for my mom's birthday and everything was beautiful. The staff specially Fadel were so kind, respectful and super helpful with everything. The beach and pool are clean and the food was sublime.

Very kind, friendly and smiling staff!
Amazing and delicious food.
We stayed in a bungalow which was very clean and spacious. The surroundings of the hotel and the pools are clean and well maintained.
We will definitely come back again!

Vary good hotel for a family vacation
Pros:

It was a great vocation. the hotel rooms are big but shower room is not so fancy. Good food at the restaurant morning and evening. The hotel service and management were great.

Fun time in Sinai/Taba
Pros:

We had a great 2 night stay and could not believe how nice the hotel was given the incredibly low price - not sure if it was due to the time of year. Great spot to go scuba diving/snorkeling and enjoy time with family! Short walk to the Aquaworld dive school center which I highly recommend for beginner/instructional diving.

Very nice stay.
Pros:

Lovely stay. Staff were very nice, at times tho queues in reception were way too long (30min to check in). Room was big and comfy, clean, yet outdated. Food in all-included was ok. Went to a few restaurants in the hotel premises and lived them. Spa was lovely too. Overall value for money- really recommend!

A pearl between mountains and sea

In one word- AMAZING!
the hotel location is fantastic, we walked from the border- do not take a taxi.
The resort itself is breathtaking, everything is green, well taken care of, the combination of the mountains with the beach and this pearl between them was absolutely beautiful.
You can tell that the hotel is a bit old but its not something that the service didn't fixed. In fact, the service was the best that ive experienced in my life. Everyone was so nice and welcoming, room service was quick, at the reception everyone always asked if theres anything they can help with and the cherry on the cake was the restaurant. Cheff Ahmad was so welcoming and nice, the food was great, Egyptian desserts even better, all the employees was greeting and gave the best service even with the language barrier, and above all of them was Ayman, the restaurant manager who gave us an experience we wont forget by making us feel at home in his restaurant.
I would also like to thank the food and beverages manager who was so kind and was nice talking to.
We also visited the spa which was the best we've ever been in. We were welcomed in by Abdallah who was absolutely perfect, gave us exactly what we wanted and was so kind and informative.
The actual fool body mixed massage was given to us by the wonderful Ali and Malack, which was the best masseurs weve ever had the pleasure recieving massages from. I loved Malack and my husband loved Ali. The overall experience was fantastic, very recommended!

The hotel staff is very kind. The hotel was fully occupied but this was not felt in either the dining room or the other complexes. We took everything included and the food was varied. Overall excellent value for money

Amazing hotel

We arrived at the hotel on 02/09 for eight nights. Ahmed from the reception gave us excellent, fast and professional service. We got the bungalow room, by the sea. Huge room beautiful and clean. The entire hotel staff is amazing and helpful. Each time they asked if they needed help or something. Great breakfast (lovely Mustafa). The pools are clean, the view is stunning and the hotel is very clean. Thanks for the staff… We'll be back bear….

Great hotel with amazing beach and pools

We only stayed one night but it was truly great. Very nice room with great view a big balcony. All the staff were super friendly and nice. Breakfast was well laid out despite COVID restrictions.

Beautiful Hotel with perfect beach

Beautiful Hotel with perfect beach. We stayed at bungalow room. The hotel is almost empty so no much to do there but if you seek just to relax on the beach it's perfect. The hotel is very clean and the service is outstanding.
