Hotel Continental - Reims

Beautiful hotel and decor with bar, restaurant and breakfast - staff are wonderful and so helpful. Gorgeous rooms, super comfortable bed and pillows are the best ! We loved our stay here and the hotel is so close to the station and opens onto the main town pedestrianised area full of vibing cafes, bars and eateries spilling onto the boulevard. 5 mins walk to the cathedral and 10 mins to Mumm champagne house and many others . Reims is wonderful and we would stay here every time

Absolutely wonderful hotel top notch rooms are large and perfectly decorated. Staff could not be nicer and the location is the best in town.

This hotel is conveniently located almost right across the street from the train station, perfect after an overnight flight from the US and train from Paris. We were upgraded to a corner room that overlooked the pedestrian street, but the soundproof windows kept the room very quiet. Comfortable king-sized bed, and a huge bathroom with big tub and large shower. The only minor drawback of the room is there is no shelving in the room or bathroom for clothing/toiletries. We enjoyed the morning breakfasts with made-to-order eggs, good coffee, meats, cheeses, sweets, granola, etc. We also had a delicious dinner at the hotel restaurant. Highly recommend!

Had an excellent one night stay and can’t recommend this hotel enough. Staff were excellent from the get go and we appreciated that our room was ready early, understanding that’s not always the case. They were super helpful with storing bags at checkout, too. We really enjoyed the hotel breakfast, in particular the hot chocolate and the ample fruit / crepes. Great location by the train station. Highly recommend if you are spending a night in Reims.

The location can’t be beat, we stayed for 2 nights and rented the suite. Nice comfortable space, I like the glass bottles and water station provided by the hotel to reduce plastic bottle usage. We had free glasses of champagne at the bar one night and did eat dinner at the restaurant the second night. Food was good - it was cold and rainy and we didn’t want to venture anywhere else after a long day of sightseeing, and the butternut squash soup and chocolate soufflé were both highlights! Few small things could have been better, but all in all it was great for 2 nights! Did not eat breakfast there, sought out local bakeries instead.

We visited Reims for Champagne tasting, and can’t recommend this property highly enough. Beautiful and cozy rooms, and the location is just unmatched - so close to the train station and main bus lines. Wonderful front desk service too.

This was the PERFECT place to stay in Reims. The entire team was friendly and attentive. The bartenders were very personable and the large window was super for people watching. The breakfasts were wonderful too- variety of food, fresh made to order omelettes and fruit and cheese and bread!!! We would go back without hesitation!

Comfortable beds and friendly staff

This hotel is situated in an area of the city which is very convenient for all activities. The members of staff with whom I dealt were extremely helpful and pleasant. The breakfast was nicely arranged and offered a good selection of fruit and other morning temptations.

We arrived early and succeed in getting 3 hour early access to our room. Service staff were very helpful with smart phone activation and access to Uber. As it was raining, we dined at the hotel restaurant. It was excellent and reasonably priced, as was morning continental breakfast. Only inconvenience was requirement to walk outdoors from reception to our room.

Arrived early from a Montreal flight and train ride and managed to check in 3 hours early. Great service, food at restaurant was excellent and reasonably priced. Room was adequate. Location was near train station and several restaurants

Wonderful hotel in a fantastic location as it is a very short walk from the Reims train station. The staff is courteous and helpful and made our stay here enjoyable.
Our room (a Junior Suite) was lovely and very comfortable. Breakfast at the hotel is excellent with an excellent variety.
The restaurant at the Continental is extraordinary. One of the best meals we had in our two weeks in France.

This was a wonderful hotel. It was close to the train station but very quiet. The bed was comfortable and the room had nice amenities. I loved the provided water bottles and the refill area in the lobby. We ate at the restaurant one evening, and it was quite good.

Stay away! They lost my luggage and had no explanation. When they found it, they sent it via French mail and it took over 2 weeks before I received it. Had to contact both Swedish and French mail to get it through. The hotel who lost it in the first place took no responsibility and stopped responding to my emails.

Perfectly located. Very clean and comfortable accommodations. The included breakfast was wonderful and the staff very friendly and helpful.

This was a lovely European style property. Old with charm and modern conveniences. The staff was extremely accommodating and all went out of their way to make our stay comfortable.
