soggiorno breve perchè di passaggio ma molto confortevole

Inhumano

El trato fue pésimo ,llegamos a la una de la madrugada de la noche del sábado al Domingo del aeropuerto porque nos habían cancelado el vuelo.Con las prisas habíamos reservado para ese mismo día, pero la entrada era el Domingo a las 12.00h.Cuando nos dijeron que el hotel estaba completo y la reserva era para la mañana del Domingo mandamos dos correos al hotel desde la recepción para cancelar la habitación.El señor que nos atendió nos dijo que ya estaba cancelada, pero no era verdad .Nos han cobrado la habitación sin haberla utilizado y habiéndonos personado en el hotel la madrugada del sábado al Domingo.
Además nos dijeron que no podíamos quedarnos en recepción a pasar la noche cuando en Bérgamo estaban todos los hoteles ocupados y en la calle había -3 grados.
Me parece inhumano y no los recomendaré nunca.Se han portado muy mal,me parece injusto lo que hicieron , no es de buenas personas.Cada cuál con su conciencia.....

Pros:

This hotel is absolutely first class for the price. The location is perfect. Opposite train station adjacent to the airport bus stop and the local bus to old town.

The staff were excellent, always helpful and smiling.

The room was spotless, well soundproofed, and the en suite is one of the best I've ever used.

Breakfast was plentiful and good value. The staff member was like everyone else, attentive, smiling and helpful.

I cannot understand why any other visitor would not rate this hotel as best in class for price.
