Comfortable room but a booking nightmare.
Pros:

I like that it’s easy to get to on and off of the highway. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

I didn’t like that though breakfast choices were plentiful, my eggs and waffle were not warm. I did not like the woman at RVs front desk demanding payment when I showed her that I paid on your site on 12/27 and the money was withdrawn from my account.

I ASKED FOR A DIFFERENT ROOM BECAUSE THE FIRST ROOM WAS CLOSE TO THE LOBBY AND IT ECHOED AND WAS LOUD.THE MANAGERS RESPONSE WAS "NOBODY HAS EVER COMPLAINED ABOUT THAT BEFORE"...I COULD HEAR EVERYTIME SOMEONE CAME IN THE DOOR OR THE PHONE RANG OR USING THE LUGGAGE CART ACROSS THE TILE FLOOR(EXTREMELY LOUD.HOWEVER PPPPPSHE DID ACCOMMODATE AND GAVE ME A DIFFERENT ROOM.The worst part about is I came to Rhode Island to meet my biological father and his sisters and brothers and my niece (I was adopted.The staff told me she was calling coventry police to monitor my traffic,I felt completely appalled and very upset ,this was already a very emotional time for me, Then the manager insisted that I leave.I choose holiday inn because they have a pool and holiday inn I thought was a family hotel.I worked for a holiday in for 25 years in Altamonte springs florida.I explained to her my situation and my guests were family. She was very cold and unfriendly and had absolutely NO empathy 😢 😕 😔 😪 💔 the second room i moved into had dirty condom on the chair and Reese peanut butter cup wrapper in the drawe
