We had to get room keys remade multiple times
The pool was great and the location was great! The breakfast was really good for a hotel and had lots of variety!
Front desk staff wasn’t the friendliest.
Perfect location, very clean, pool area is perfect and breakfast was very good with lots of options.
Okemos is a short drive to MSU’s campus. There are a number of good restaurants in the area as well.
The magnetic key cards are just old technology that need to be revamped. Our key cards were demagnetized and we went down to the front desk over three days a total of nine times. We tried to be careful, but it didn’t matter much what we did- they just didn’t work/work well.
The walls of the hotel rooms are also very thin. We were in our room for three nights and could hear the life story of the guests next-door over those days. My sister‘s room had a very noisy guest who seemed to be screaming either playing a video game or doing online betting. The front desk did take care of that one quickly, which was nice.
Very clean and nice area
The property is located near other hotels, this one has plenty of well lit parking.and is right off the freeway. There are many restaurants nearby . This property is well maintained and my room was spotlessly clean with no odors. HVAC was quiet and efficient.

Common areas not so clean, wake up call by staff was well before 11am

The rooms smelled like mildew, the hallways smelled like dog, the door coming in from outside did not lock and that is very unsafe anyone could have gotten into the hotel
