Cons:

Сперва нам дали номер для курящих, какое мы запросили, но номер был очень грязным. Нам быстро поменяли на другой, не курящий, он был чистым. В номере кавроланы очень грязные, а так чисто.

Overall well
Pros:

The hotel is simple but offers everything you need including gym spa and swimming pool. The location is great, only less than 10mins walk from the metro station and the museum of the future.

Cons:

The breakfast is plain and needs more variety. The shuttle bus schedule is not very frequent. We went to Kite beach with the hotel shuttle bus on our last day. Despite picking up Novotel guests, the bus also picks up Ibis guests. When there was no enough seats for everyone, they had asked my daughter at 9 years old to sit with a 2 years old baby from other guests. Although this request was rejected by the baby’s family and us, we felt this absurd.
