Staff were ok and slightly less energetic.
Too much crowding in the entrance, receptionist don’t consider that we are driving all the way from al ain and we have kids with us. Room is small and we didn’t have any choice other than take smoking room. I have severe sensitivity and i was unable to sleep the whole night. No presence of management
