Our room was upgraded - many thanks to Ms. Amal. We also truly appreciated the service and assistance from Ms. Ann at the restaurant, who made our dinner extra memorable.

The staff were very profesional and friendly espectially khalil, Amal and Lala

Cons:

Rooms were smelly and there were alot of stains in the carpets and bed sheets were not clean at all .
Even breakfast were not fresh and the plates had alot of water specially the cheese secsion was very old
