Pros:

Great location, pool was a plus although a little dirty.

Cons:

Quite a lot:
Bathroom sinks smelt of drains, very eggy. Probably needed sinks unblocked.
We found the previous guests dirty laundry in one of the cupboards upon arrival.
The kettle electrics kept tripping so we couldn’t make a cup of tea. Also, probably electrically hazardous.
The final straw was that on the day of departure the breakfast boxes for our early check out that we had ordered the day before were not made.
I had requested that breakfast be removed from our booking, but the receptionist told us this was not possible.
He said he would make a note for the manager to discuss, but we never heard from him…

Ni bien ni mauvais mais pas digne d’un 4*

La salle fitness
Chambre aux étages supérieurs (moyennant supplément…) très classe et propres

Cons:

L’apparence 4* mais qui n’en est pas vraiment un

Le restaurant relativement moyen en qualité de plats et qui m’a surfacturé un supplément
La chambre « classique » a plus de 200€ qui est au RDC à côté de la réception pour pouvoir vendre une surclassement sur les étages
La vue (aucune) sur l’arrière cours et les arbres masquant toute vue possible
L’insonorisation des chambres médiocres on entend à côté les voisins rentrer tard et dehors les livraisons de l’hôtel à partir de 6:30 du matin

Hôtel sympa pour un bref séjour à Marseille
Pros:

Le lit
L’emplacement via le port
Le parking privé et sécurisé

Cons:

La douche inexistante dans la chambre (il y avait que le pommeau) :
- on éclaboussait partout et la salle de bain était pleins d’eau après la douche donc pas pratique.

Chambre sans balcon :
- meme si la chambre était quand même spacieuse mais en venant avec 2 chiots de 8mois et en plus payant 20€ par chien/nuit je m’attendais à une chambre avec balcon pour le prix total du séjour et vu que l’on a prévenu bien en avance qu’on arrivait avec eux cela aurait pu être organisé pour plus d’aisance pour les animaux.
