Colazione come sempre molto ricca e personalizzata con torte casalinghe e altro.
Parcheggio comodo sia all'interno che di fronte.
Posizione ottimale per le Terme Papi ed Oasi, un pò decentrata rispetto al centro città raggiungibile solo in macchina

mi è piaciuta la stanza e il letto king, molto comodi e spaziosi, la doccia e il bagno, comodo parcheggio interno

non mi sono piaciute le luci esterne di facciata (mi piace dormire al buio naturale), la difficoltà ad usare il telecomando TV, ma sono cose secondarie

Pros:

ottima colazione, letto comodo e parcheggio economico.
a colazione sono disponibili - su richiesta - anche latte/yogurt di soia. essendo vegana ho apprezzato molto :)
è la secondo volta che torno qui e credo che sarà sempre la mia scelta quando mi capiterà di ripassare!

Very good place to stay in Viterbo
Pros:

This hotel has everything that we needed. It was a pleasant surprize. Safe parking behind the bar in front of the reception desk and a restaurant we liked nearby. I think we were lucky to find this place after we were tricked by another host to pay for an accomodation that had no parking even though they lied to have it, so I had to cancel it but the cancellation was not accepted!!! It seems Booking.com can do nothing about cases like this
