Ótima localização. Perto de lojas e mercado. Facilitou muito para nós que estamos de passagem. Já tinha escolhido este hotel para ficar em outra viagem a 11 anos atrás. Gostamos muito. Estacionamento no próprio hotel. Funcionários muito educados. Ótimo custo benefício. Voltarei mais vezes.

Conosco bene i best western che frequento da tanti anni, ma in questo e' la prima volta che vado, purtroppo non mi ero accorto che sia il parcheggio esterno ( appena dentro la stanga), sia la colazione erano a pagamento, ed avendo prenotato 3 camere doppie, non ho fatto bella figura con gli amici, anche se la camera e la colazione sono state di loro gradimento.
Le prossime volte faro' piu' attenzione prima di confermare le prenotazioni.

Aicha at reception is the best; she is most helpful.
Pros:

The young lady at reception, Aicha, was most helpful. She is one the best reception desk personnel I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. She was very interested in insuring that our stay was comfortable. I would definitely recommend her for "Employee of the Month" award if your hotel does such a thing. Based upon my interactions with her I attempted to book another night on our return trip. Unfortunately, the Hotel was completely booked, so I have had to search for another place to stay. Rest assured that I'll try to book this location again.

Nothing, it was a very nice stay.

Fantástico el trato del personal y habitaciones limpias y cómodas
Pros:

La amabilidad de personal, tuve un problema con la maleta en el aeropuerto y me ayudaron en todo momento siendo muy pacientes con mi nivel de italiano. La habitación es grande y cómoda, buena relación calidad-precio.

Cons:

Lo único que no me gustó mucho fue la cena que ofrecían. Pero te apaña bastante bien si no hay nada abierto fuera del hotel.
