It was a very nice hotel with kind staff. I would stay there again.
Pros:

Customer service was excellent! The housekeeping ladies were so nice and helpful.

Good place to stay
Pros:

It was a good place to stay. The staff was as good as one could expect. This will be my preferred hotel at this location.

Cons:

The only thing I didn't like was that there is only one elevator. It was out of order for a while and going up the stairs can be hard for some.

Funcionários atenciosos. Limpeza ok.

Cons:

Ar condicionado muito barulhento, chuveiro fraco e o pior, não fizeram o check-out no dia 17 de agosto, como a recepcionista disse que faria, eu acabei voltando, pq precisei ficar mais um dia e acreditando que haviam feito o check-out pafuei mais uma noite.
Já enciei duas mensagens pelo booking.com e não me responderam.
