We were here for seven days, and it felt like home. Very laid-back, money was spent. Definitely coming back next year.

I’m disappointed that we had prepaid for the room through Booking. I did request early check in and the fee for our pet
Pros:

The hotel was perfect for our visit with family and the ability to bring our family dog was a plus. Location was great and close to our family home.

The hotel charge me for a room that was already prepaid.

The stay was great. Great location and would stay there again.
Pros:

The gal at the front desk, I can't remember her name was phenomenal. She is from Korea and we had lived in Thailand for 3 years so we talked about Asia. She helped us when I had booked the room for the wrong day. She was very helpful in getting it fixed. She made the stay great. Very welcoming and she is great at her job.

Cons:

When I went down for breakfast the next day, there was still about 30-45 mins of serving time and there wasn't any meat on the bar, no biscuits but there was gravy. The lady at the front desk that next day seemed very annoyed that anyone would ask for anything. Not impressed with the breakfast at all as there was nothing to choose from because she didn't keep it stocked.

Cons:

Breakfast wasn’t the best, barley had anything. They ended up charging us twice, had to call and speak to a manager and wait a couple days for the refund.

All in all we were pleased and will stay there again.
Pros:

The location was great for us, easy to get in and out. Breakfast was plentiful with variety. The bed was comfy and we enjoyed the couch. The refrigerator worked great. All of the staff were pleasant and attentive.

Cons:

The room could’ve been cleaned more thoroughly but the linens and towels were clean and fresh. The toilet handle broke off from the valve and I repaired it with another tie wrap. Water pressure was extremely low in the bathroom sink.

Sheets seemed dirty had little hairs on them. Shower looked used and loud talking in the hallway early in the morning

Highly recommend this to other travelers.
Pros:

The hotel staff were remarkably friendly the hotel room was very clean. This is one of the nicest hotels I have stayed at recently in this price range.
