Wonderful, clean, friendly
Pros:

Alice was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to meet my needs, she was kind and fun as well. It’s people like her that make the difference! Not to mention the hotel is clean, in town and the newly renovated rooms are beautiful!

Very nice, but disappointed about the hot tub.
Cons:

The website advertised the hotel to have a hot tub. I specifically asked, and was assured the hotel did have a hot tub, but it did not.

Pros:

Breakfast was fine. Appreciate the freshness. There was only a small pitcher of milk for cereal. Some milk for those of us who like it for just drinking would be good.

Cons:

The ice machine area needs to be marked. Walking down the hall there are no signs - only an arrow at the check-in area. Even a small sign on the wall of the little cubby hole area where the ice machines is would help.

Very disappointing...would not go back ever.

The room was clean and the bed was nice. The tea bags, hot chocolate packages, hot coffee, and the waffle maker in the breakfast bar were nice.

Cons:

The breakfast bar was sub standard. The eggs were like premade, frozen, thawed, and cut up...not fresh. The biscuits were old and hard...luckily they ran out. The sausage tasted fake. The jacuzzi bath was broken. The only reason I reserved the room was for the jacuzzi in the room. We paid extra for the room and expected a working jacuzzi in the room. This was our 30th wedding anniversary. The night clerk did not tell the next day morning manager about the jacuzzi in the room. The manager offered some sort of a refund, but I have not seen it yet. Been 7 days.

Seamless enjoyable check in! Justin was extremely helpful and polite. Janet was minding the desk when we returned. Both had their cute holiday outfirs on. Judtin had a very merry sweater but Janet had the cutest Elf dress abd candy cane stockings. Very great desk Staff. Typical LaQuinta well kept. Clean. Great breakfast. Bed was very comfy. Great linens and towels. Well stocked bathroom and coffee corner. Easy easy access to everything. Interstate and city. I recommend!! Even near interstate and a massively9 busy intersection, our room was very quiet. Room was very dark! Love a dark room. Hall noise was a bit loud but nothing out of hand.
