Clean comfy and nice staff
The breakfast absolutely sucked.
Friendly staff that checked on me after I settled in my room to make sure I didn’t need anything. Quiet floor and comfortable room with clean bathroom. Breakfast was good and plentiful with many options.
So when i booked the room I booked it on its name alone. The Hampton Inn has a great ring to it and alit of their properties show except for this one. The bed was awesome very comfortable,tv was small not the size of the competitors have which seem to be cheaper in rm price. There was no alarm clock, no cups in the room the ice tub was dirty. The bathroom was on but the shower floor had something very slippery all over it which I halfway fell getting into the shower. I managed to catch the rail on the shower door. I ended up cleaning the floor and was met with very very light water pressure. The water pressure was the last straw. I can go to other establishments that offer more and are cheaper which I will on my next trip to NC.

We have stayed at many Hampton Inns over the years. On the average each one has been at least good if not excellent, from the staff to the facility. Sadly, the Dunn, N.C. facility is in desperate need of updating/renovating/or at least regular upkeep. Generally, the hotel was rather sad-looking (carpet, bathroom tile, etc.). Only one out of three electrical plugs WORKED in our room. The breakfast was average, but the pastries offered were not the usual baked muffins, but mass produced wrapped in plastic like in a convenience store. I am reluctant to leave reviews that aren’t complementary, and we did have helpful and professional interactions with staff.
Clean,comfortable and very welcoming front desk. Got a good nights sleep and had a great breakfast. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Would stay again if I’m in the area.

Had issues with the shower valve.
I actually stayed three nights in January right after my house for January 13, 2026 and February 7 and then again February 17-19 and first day was OK room wasn’t spotless, but it was all right. Second day there was food in the refrigerator from the previous person and room was notclean third day the hotel desk person was extremely rude on my second day. They have waived the $250 local deposit they are charging anyone local within 50 due to my situation and house far and at that time indicated I would probably come back so I could at least sleep in a bed and geta bath with the situation. I am in so the third day the hotel desk clerk was extremely rude when she said she couldn’t wave the $250 deposit fee as they the last time the first time it wasn’t even mentioned and I asked to speak to management three different times and she got very agitated andrude acting and finally called. The manager would not let me speak would not tell the manager what I was saying told her what she wanted to the manager declined to waive the $250 so I contacted the individual who have booked me the room this time and they put their card on file which involved an email and a form being filled out during that time the desk clerk Betsy had two of her children there while she was working and was hollering at the little boy to go chase the three-year-old little girl and so my friend in text me back and tells me she has sent over the email and desk clerk is on phone from personal call so about 20 minutes later we finally get everything settled and the Cracker Barrel food that I had picked up previously to take to my room, thinking I would be able to come in and check in easily was way beyond cold during the process of all this I did tell the desk clerk that she was being extremely rude and that rudeness like that would not get her very far in life, and she laughed and flipped her hand up at me and said whatever and that plenty of people liked her and then if I didn’t like it, I didn’t have to stay that I was more than welcome to leave. I ended up videoing my room when I was in there going in the first time in I left and came back in because I felt so uncomfortable to do with this person Betsy and her rudeness I did try to speak withmanagement twice on the phone and was told they were Busy and then tried to speak with management in person before I left and was told twice that she was in meetings so I reached out to themselves and they did make it right and put me at the Benson facility for two nights and I am so pleased with Benson Hampton Inn. Theyare what I’m used to with a Hilton facility. Everything is clean even with them remodeling food is good and the staff attitude service and friendliness are just awesome. Definitely will be staying Benson Hampton Inn again and I will never stay at Dunn Hampton Inn Hilton has assured me that they will follow up on the Dunn facility tosee what corrections need to be made because after finally looking at reviews, which I had never felt the need to do in the past, there are numerous complaints about cleanliness and rudeness was very thankful to see that Hilton took the time to listen to Mark and complain and are assuring methat they will follow up
The south was accommodating it was nice they did everything they could to make things right I had an issue with the first room and the second room was great it was nice the best part of that day was the people
I don't like the $250 deposit I had to I had to put down plus $25 just because I stay within 50 miles of the hotel I mean I feel like that should've been on the booking website before you book because I don’t understand paying $407 for a room granted I get the money back but the point is 407 for one night all because I didn't know that I had to pay the price for the room plus $250 plus $25 that's a part that pisses me
Location was great. Check in was quick and efficient. Room clean and comfortable.
Location was decent.
First room was dirty with the sheets covered in hair. We had to get another room. It was cleaner but had water damage in the refrigerator cabinet. This was the only Hampton in we stayed at that we stayed at that didn't offer dark roast coffee coffee.. The juice machine was out of service.
Convenient location and price
Bed was comfortable, room was clean, HVAC worked well, breakfast was good.
Body cream dispenser was empty.
Breakfast was excellent & the woman who prepared it was exceptional’! Easy to access hotel from 95.
Bathtub was too slippprry. Need to add non stick strips.
The hotel staff was very friendly, the room was very clean !
The ac/heat was a little tricky to figure out.
