Licht flackert im Zimmer, sehr dunkel. Karte musste getauscht werden. Alles sehr alt. Fremde Lange Haare in der Dusche. Aufzug Kaputt, Mitarbeiter kein interesse an den Gästen. Hilton Gold Status war auch komplett nutzlos, außer das ich 2 Gratsi Wasserflaschen bekommen hab.
Zimmer war laut, von irgendeiner Art Klimaanlage in der Wand, nicht meiner.
Basically clean. The hotel could use a refresh. Location was good.

due to the storm on our arrival date we were unable to arrive early as expected and could not enjoy the hotel's facilities. I LOVED that the bathroom had an exhaust fan!!! Not many hotels have this now!! We did not return to the hotel until very late and thanks to the staff were able to enjoy the rest a late check out provided. The pool and breakfast room looked really nice and the room was very comfortable if perhaps a little dated but immaculate which was really important to us. Look forward to staying here again on our next visit!
I thought the rooms could have been updated a bit but the cleanliness and comfort of the bed and pillows made up for that!

Staff at food section for serving breakfast don’t have courtesy and manners to customers. Quality of service is at its lowest. Totally uncalled for.

Eggs and sausage were good; not great.
What I like about the property are the stores nearby.
Too many people were making noise next to us and the kids were opening and slamming the room doors after 9pm when they should be inside their room not outside the room running up and down the hallways.
What I like about the property is that it’s close to stores.
What I did not like is that the air conditioning in the room needs cleaning because it smells like urine when it comes on.
Paying for parking. This was an absolute and unpleasant surprise. Never before was I charged extra for parking, and was not notified prior for an extra charge.
Breakfast was another unpleasant surprise where there were NO healthy choices. No fresh fruit, all premade food.
Two thumbs down for stay.
Large, sunny room, TV, really friendly staff, coffee and water in the reception area.
Asking guests to pay $10 for parking, as there is no public transportation close by. Placing $3 bottles of water in the room to entice guests (a bad 1990s idea).
Avoid this hotel at all costs. Not what it used to be when it first opened. Dirty, run down, mediocre rooms. Staff are unfriendly, unavailable and unhelpful. No coffee available until the breakfast room opens at 6:00 a.m. never stayed at a place, even motels that didn’t have fresh coffee all day at least early morning. Not returning.
This hotel provides an experience that is a step above that of a typical Hampton Inn. To begin with, the hotel is well located, very close to a major Long Island shopping mall. Even though it is in Nassau County, it is not that far out of NYC.. As far as the hotel itself is concerned, the room was good sized, well maintained and clean. Service throughout was excellent. Also, not to be forgotten, parking was free.
