Over all the hotel was clean and modern, and the room was spacious and well appointed.
I really had no issues at all with the hotel or my room, so I cannot offer any recommendations on that. The staff were all friendly and professional, from the front desk to housekeeping.
On the other hand, I strongly disliked the $10 parking fee. I have paid it in urban hotels, but in the suburbs no one is walking or taking public transit to arrive. I’d rather you just raise the rates of the rooms by $10. It would be more honest. Instead they ask or inform me at check in as if I have a choice to refuse. It’s insulting to offer the illusion of choice when in practical terms there isn’t one. It’s no different than a “convenience charge” which is convenient for the business who is collecting it, but not the consumer who pays it. It left a sour taste after what was an otherwise excellent stay.
Breakfast was good, staff was helpful
Building needs updates. First room smelled really bad. Thin walls, very loud.

The amount of plastic in use is frightening. I’d prefer to eat my food with silverware.
Good location but people at the front desk are nasty. We stayed three nights and there was no single nice person at the front desk. I don't expect people who serve breakfast to be nice but they don’t even say “good morning”. They turned off the light in the lobby early evening. I did not feel welcome. Staircase was dirty and smell like homeless.

Location was easy to get to. Staff friendly and accommodating. Room clean, comfortable, and just what I needed.
Didn’t have enough room for my clothing/no dresser.
The hotel is in a good location with lots of stores near by. However, the hotel is sole less, not very welcoming and just rough round the edges and not up to some of the other Hampton by Hilton’s were stayed in as Diamond members.
The floor we’re staying on smelt like a cannabis factory and the overall stay was okay, didn’t set the world alight.
Also I would challenge it the hotel stands by Hilton CleanStay rules.
Convenient location and very clean

Breakfast was very good, bed was comfy, staff were very friendly.
Pool was small and no proper changing facilities but I was the only one in it so was fine.
I had stayed there previously in a different room that was much nicer. The room in which I stayed did not have an even floor in the bathroom and it looked like they had remove a bed or other furniture from the room. It looked cheap. The other room was nice though.
Breakfast was amazing. Saleema’s attention and service was exceptional. She remembered us on the second morning of our stay and went out of her way to help with our food and service at our table. We appreciated her help and attention to detail.
