Atraso de 2:28 no check-in.
Pros:

Localização e piscina. A vista para a praia é incrível. A decoração do quarto muito bonita. Bom café da manhã.

Cons:

Falta de pontualidade. Cheguei no horário do check-in marcado às 15. Só consegui entrar no quarto às 17:28. Gerente da recepção foi solícito, porém nossa experiência foi muito prejudicada, pois era meu aniversário, o atraso estragou toda a expectativa da comemoração. Esse tipo de contratempo não deveria ocorrer, por ser um hotel 5 estrelas com uma diária tão cara. Durante a espera, nos foi passado que o atraso demoraria horas! Por fim, ficamos em outro quarto (não foi o da reserva) de mesma metragem, mas em outro andar. Algumas observações: os produtos para banho deixaram a desejar, já fiquei em hotéis 4 estrelas com produtos muito melhores, varanda com a privacidade comprometida por frestas entre os apartamentos, a cama poderia ser mais confortável e a porta de correr da varanda é muito pesada. O chuveiro não tem uma pressão muito boa. Os armários estão um pouco desgastados.
