O rooftop realmente impressiona pela vista maravilhosa . Quartos sao muito limpos e aconchegantes.

Café da manhã OK, nada de excepcional. A grande frustração foi o atendimento no rooftop : funcionários pouco solicitos , atendimento lento , demora pra retirada de comidas e bebidas , lamentavelmente pessimo . Todos que estávamos conosco tiveram a mesma percepção . Fui por 3 dias no rooftop e não foi pontual , realmente o atendimento precisa ser mais atencioso e personalizado. O atendimento do pessoal do check in é demais áreas foi ótimo

What a fantastic hotel this.
The best in Rio!

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and the manager Edwardo was brilliant. He was so very helpful and kind to us during our stay. Helping us with taxis and places to go.
The swimming pool is spectacular and the food at the rooftop bar is delicious.

Thankyou Fasano, we highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rio. It will make your vacation perfect. 👌

Huoneesta ja aamiaispaikasta en pitänyt. Oli ahtaat tilat. Ei ollut yksityistä rantaa. Kalleissa hotelleissa kuuluisi yleensä olla yksityisempi ranta. Paljon rosvoja hotelli ranta alueella. Kun menin uimaan päivällä ja jätin hotellikortin ja minun sandaalit sekä silmälasit rannalle, niin uinnin jälkeen hotelli kortti sekä kalliit silmälasit sekä minun sandaalit oli myös hävinnyt. Onneksi puhelin tai maksukortit eivät olleet mukana. Hinta laatusuhde ei ollut kohdallaan. Vaikka otin halvimman huoneen ilman merinäköalaa, niin silloin hinta oli 600€ yö. Näköala oli toisen huonon näköisen rakennuksen betoniseinään. Liian kallis paikka viihtyvyyteen nähden ja huoneen mukavuuteen nähden. Hotellihuoneen käytävät olivat synkkiä ja pimeitä. Hotellihuoneen sänky oli kova nukkua. En pitänyt. Ei ollut muhkea sänky. Varmaan uudet hotellivieraat luulevat aluksi niin kuin minäkin että paikka olisi erittäin upea ja turvallisella alueella tai paikalla ja rannalla voisi luottaa hotellin työntekijään, joka jakaa aurinkotuolit ja aurinkovarjot sekä pyyhkeet ,mutta ei ollut. Petyin paikkaan. Aamiainen maksoi erikseen ja oli liian tyyris valikoimaan nähden. Hotellia varatessa ei saanut huonetta varattua yhdeksi yöksi. Jouduin ottaa kahdeksi yöksi. Tuli kalliksi hotellimajoitus. Yli 1000€ meni 2 yöhön. Uima-allas oli vanha kulunut. Saippua ei ollut hyvän tuoksuinen,jota olisin odottanut. Ei todellakaan vaikuta hienolta 5 tähden hotellilta ehkä 4 tähteä. Jos olisin tiennyt en olisi mennyt ollenkaan Fasano hotelliin.

Above and Beyond
Pros:

I wish I could give more than 10. The hotel is beautiful and stylish, as are the rooms. The restaurant is excellent, both in food and service. Although it is not in Michelin, it is what a two-star restaurant used to be before everyone started trying to be a three-star. The highlight of the Fasano, however, is the staff. They go above and beyond. I unfortunately lost my phone in a taxi, but the staff came to my aid in a phenomenal way, acting as my intermediary in its return. I’m grateful to them beyond words and cannot praise them enough.
